Waldorf Newhaven Apartments has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. It allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by management.
If no credit card is present at check-in for authorization a NZD$500.00 security cash bond plus valid photo ID must be provided as a guarantee for all incidental charges or damage to the room. Please kindly note the credit card authorizations are released on the date of check out and can take up to five business days to appear back on your account.
Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.

Fabulous apartment in great quiet location right next to Botany mall, perfect for shopping, groceries and restaurants, we loved everything about our stay there. Comfy beds and bathroom upstairs (shower cubicle is a bit on the small side); great living space with kitchen, dining, lounge and balcony on the first floor. A lot of stairs which didn’t bother us but you could ask for single level apartments too.
Off street parking in driveway.
Great pool for those hot days.
Very friendly and helpful property manager.
Maybe better lighting in the laundry area, dryer didn’t work but that issue was addressed straight away.
Some deck chairs next to the pool would be fab too 😊

Needs to be upgraded, please put a coffee maker like a plunger( instant coffee sachets are terrible) proper salt and pepper grinders( not little sachets), chopping board (not a glass one 👎)
I know it is hygienic but terrible to cut on.
It’s not a big investment ( !) but would make a great difference.
Key system : if people do different things and are not coming and going at the same time how do they get in and out or can use the facilities ????

Pool was nice
A little bit dated and tired .
Had to carry Huge bunch of keys around with you to access everything when just one key card would do .
Also exterior entrance doors need to have Soft Close door stays fitted as every time other guests come and go the doors slam loudly reverberating through the apartments
Everything was just perfect./Staff has excellent customer service especially Wati.
She made me and my family feel like we were at our own home.Location and parking is very good.definitely recommend to stay here.We will be staying here again in our trip from Australia.

Noisy road outside. A/c only downstairs when bedrooms are up. Mattresses need replacing
It was so nice to meet the manager in person when we arrived. She was such a lovely lady. She even made contact before we arrived. The staff were so helpful. Even to the point of taking us to our apartment and helping us with our luggage. Really impressed.
We appreciated the size and location of the apartment. Having the property across from the mall allows for many food choices, especially when you are new to Auckland and getting your bearings. The drive into the city was not that time consuming. Wati, the property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs.
From the picture, it seems like the pool is across the street. The property is much larger than I thought, so it was not across the street. It also was cool, so the unheated pool wasn't really usable.
The bed in our unit is very hard. Some people like that. Just putting this note in here for information.
