Waldorf Newhaven Apartments has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. It allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by management.

If no credit card is present at check-in for authorization a NZD$500.00 security cash bond plus valid photo ID must be provided as a guarantee for all incidental charges or damage to the room. Please kindly note the credit card authorizations are released on the date of check out and can take up to five business days to appear back on your account.

Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.

Absolutely excellent rental.
Pros:

Great location! easy access to and from the Apartment, very comfy beds! good kitchen so didn't need eat out all the time, definitely worth the cost, would stay again

Cons:

Little suggestion to have hooks in the Bathroom as only heated towel rail for your towel, nowhere to hang clothes etc.

Amazing Stay.
Pros:

The apartment was exceptionally clean, I would like to give a shout out to the cleaners. Large, comfortable, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything you could need.

Lots of industry about. Good for the person who has a car.
Pros:

Close to shops, grocery stores , fast foods , service stations.
Nice to have Washing and dishwasher powder for the machines for people to use.
Inside was well lit. Good blockout drapes.
Did not get the opportunity to use the balcony as the weather was wet

Cons:

Lacking toiletry shelving in the shower cubicle and on the vanity.
A little confusion re: washer, if it had drying options. Tried using the dryer function but the clothes remained wet. Used the clothing wrack to dry them. Also , despite having heaters for the rooms, sometimes one likes to have an extra blanket.
The couch was quite uncomfortable but I found the bed hard but good.
Also , had to search hard to find the A/C remote. It was hidden behind the drapes

Highly recommend
Pros:

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to others. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed for our family of 4. Great value for money. It was cozy, clean and very safe. Staff were really lovely and responded quickly to all my questions, even sorted out a blocked toilet while we were out. No complaints! Check in/ out was also easy. It was great and the bonus is, it's right next to the botany hub.

Cons:

It was a hassle taking all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get to the front door then another flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. We would've preferred a ground apartment as we had a toddler but this was at NO FAULT of Castle Newhaven. I should've requested it earlier in the booking. Other than that, we loved it here and would still rebook.

Excellent and quality service very recommend.
Pros:

Quite area and the location is perfect close to the utilities and transportation. The place is very organized, very clean and has all the facilities that people might need. It was very nice welcoming from the manager and she was willing to help much possible.

Loved it !

We absolutely loved our stay was clean and tidy and child friendly . Will definitely stay again
