Waldorf Newhaven Apartments has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. It allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by management.

If no credit card is present at check-in for authorization a NZD$500.00 security cash bond plus valid photo ID must be provided as a guarantee for all incidental charges or damage to the room. Please kindly note the credit card authorizations are released on the date of check out and can take up to five business days to appear back on your account.

Cons:

Suggest if you have young children and aged parent , stay away from this apartment. Unless you want to practice those amazing stairs.
Kitchen rangehood is dripping oil.
The toilet bowl is very smelly. I have to spray Harpic toilet spray myself.

Excellent stay we loved it!
Pros:

Perfect apt in a perfect location. Aircon nice and cold and bedroom fans were a blessing.

Cons:

Small issue with the dryer that did not dry my load of washing the night before departure so had to take it elsewhere to dry. Not sure why had checked multiple times.

Great Property
Pros:

Location was central to what we wanted to do. Clean, tidy premises, fully functional kitchen with all utensils, pots n plates provoded. Laundry, free Wifi

Cons:

Overall very good property - built on 3 levels (garage/laundry then kitchen/living+balcony the 2 bedrooms n bathroom/toilet on 3rd level. Steep stairs

Emplacement proche de l’aéroport, très pratique. Endroit calme et appartement spacieux.

Cons:

L’interrupteur fait du bruit en continu donc si vous êtes au niveau 1 c’était assez dérangeant ..

Allround comfy and convenient
Pros:

Good location, far enough from town, good access with public transport

Cons:

Bedrooms upstairs were quite hot and no AC to cool them down. A coffee plunger would have been great and perhaps a sharp knife.
A chair in the bedroom to hang clothes on would have been a bonus.

Pros:

Wati is AMAZING to deal with. She was very helpful and we were grateful to have been dealing with her. I loved the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer in the room.

Cons:

Our room was a bit far from the pool (building #9) otherwise everything was great.
