Cons:

Hele hotellet stengte ned kl. 21/22 på kveldene. Ingen i resepsjon, ingen i bar. Hele hotellet var mørkt og stengt ned fra senest kl. 22. Veldig spesielt i høy sesong. Dårlig med info! eks: mandag til torsdag var det middag inkl i rom, men det var det ingen ansatte som gadd å fortelle oss som faktisk var booket inn fra mandag til torsdag. Onsdagskveld fikk vi tilfeldig høre det fra andre kunder som også var forarget over å ikke ha fått info om dette. Spesielt irriterrende var det da vi 2 familier kom frem til Aurum etter 50 mils kjøring mandagen, leid oss inn på 3 rom, og ikke fikk vite at det fulgte med middag på rommene. Noen kunder fikk jo beskjed, det gjorde at vi ikke følte oss spesielt velkommen. Det tar vi til etterretning når vi stopper en annen gang i Skelefteå.

Vaikea päästä sisälle klo 22 aikaan, ystävällinen hotellin asiakas päästi respaan. Takakautta olisi päässyt kuulemma ravintolan terassin läpi.

Var mye styr med innsjekk uten personale. Vi hadde 2 rom og dusjslukene på begge rommene var nesten tette, så vannet fylte opp badgulvene.
