Overtreffend sympathiek personeel en een geweldige plek!
Pros:

De weg ernaar toe via boot, de leuke kleine restaurantjes, de lokale mensen, de wandelingen in Samaria Gorge, het schitterende uitzicht en het strand dat nooit overvol lag etc.

Cons:

Niets in dit prachtige en charmant hotelletje viel tegen!

Cons:

Nach einer langen Wanderung durch die Samaria-Schlucht wollten wir uns im Hotel erholen. Leider war das Wasser im Bad nur kalt. Nach Rückfrage bei der Rezeption hiess es, es sei ein wenig sonniger Tag gewesen und man müsse das Wasser lange (15 Minuten!) laufen lassen. Was für eine Verschwendung. Am nächsten Morgen war das Wasser wieder bzw. immer noch kalt.

Pros:

Beautiful facilities and location. Would rate it a 5/5 except for:
Smell of methane in top floor bathroom; blue white lightbulbs in all fixtures; not clearly mentioning that the ONLY WAY TO GET THERE IS BY BOAT.

Pros:

Fantastic stay, great for a few days after the Samaria gorge hike. The owners are really friendly, and the restaurant (for breakfast and dinner) is directly at the beach. The hotel also has sunbeds at the beach which can be used for free. I really recommend staying there for maybe two nigths. It is very quiet in the mornings, until the hikers arrive and gets quiet again after 17:00 when they leave. The evenings are beautiful and the food is amazing.

Et paradis på jord!
Pros:

Deilig frokost,Meget pent og smakfullt servert.
Beliggenheten av hotellet og av rommet, med utsikten til havet var helt perfekt.
Vennlig og velvillig hjelpsomt personale , både eier og annet personale. Dette er et sted man ønsker seg tilbake til. Et godt utgangspunkt for tur innover i Samariakløften.

Cons:

Alt var som det skulle. Jeg har ingenting å klage på. Det måtte være at det var så sterk vind og store bølger at jeg ikke fikk badet, men det var ikke vertskapets skyld. Hotellet drives svært profesjonelt.

Stay here! If not for the view, then for Anna’s breakfast.
Pros:

The sea view was amazing. Spring for a view room with balcony, you won’t regret it. The included breakfast was the best I have had.

Agios Pavlos est la plus belle plage du monde
Pros:

Hôtel un peu à l’écart, avec une très vue sur la mer et la côte. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, varié d’un jour à l’autre avec une belle présentation. Nous connaissons bien Agia Roumeli et nous avons encore beaucoup apprécié nos 4 jours sur place: randonnées multiples : Agios Pavlos, Samaria, Kastelo etc…

Sehr angenehm und Erholsam
Pros:

Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Immer Liegen mit Schirm zur Verfügung.
Ausblick und Wasser sagenhaft.

Cons:

Es stört mich nicht, wenn nicht jeden Tag das Zimmer gemacht wird nur der Toilettenkübel mit dem Klopapier müsste jeden Tag entleert werden.

Dejligt og roligt ophold
Pros:

We have just returned from a 6-day stay at the Agia Roumeli Hotel. It may be a 2-star hotel, but we had a truly 5-star experience.
The room was not luxurius, but was nice and clean, the bed great and the view stunning. On top of that the hostcouple Anna and husbund and staff were all so accommodating, serviceminded and friendly.
Breakfast, portionserved, was exellent, lunch the same, both served at their Beach Bar, also with a stunning view. The hotels beach has private sunbeds. Hotelguests only for free. The small town itself, lying where the Samaria Gorge endd, is so quiet and peaceful. Hikers however arrives around 12 a clock and onwards, leaving with the last ferry at 1730 hrs, again leaving the village quiet.
A stay at the hotel is a must.
