Rádi se vrátíme, hotel byl krásný, útulny, wellnes se sauny a bazénem + venkovní osvěžení, vše super
Pros:

Snídani vám připravuji čerstvou dle jejich nabídku nebo si můžete vybrat z bufetu. Všeho bylo dostatek, na výběr byla zelenina, ovoce, ovocné šťávy, čaje, káva, vajíčka, šunky, sýry a pečivo. Zkrátka dostatek na výběr bylo i pro děti.

Cons:

Mohli by dělat palačinky nebo vafle častěji.

Great breakfast, good dinner: you can't call schnitzel from pork a Wiener schnitzel ;-). Great and cozy bar. Excellent spa area with 3 different saunas and decent sized pool. Quiet room and nicely decorated comunal areas. The food at half pension dinner was looking good. Although we did not book the half pension and the restaurant was fool, the staff managed to find us a table.

Cons:

The hotel advertized 600m from ski lift. This is a kids learning slope lift. You need to take bus or car to real lifts.

Great alpine hotel for a nice winter getaway.
Pros:

The "penthouse" suite is very spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, bright, but there are some minor compromises due to the attic, with a medium sized terrace and a nice view of the mountains. Parking is conveniently available in the private parking lot next to the hotel. The staff is attentive and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and the great thing is that it is open until 10:30. The a la carte menu is simple, but it's enough for a week and they cook it well. Small but pleasant wellness area with a cool indoor pool and outdoor sauna house. We had a very pleasant massage from a lovely local masseuse.

Cons:

Safe is quite small. No microwave in the suite. The elevator is only accessible one floor down. Unfortunately, on the last night, my daughter got an upset stomach from a soup that was probably no longer fresh in the restaurant.

Für Skiurlaub sehr gut geeignet, da nahe an den Skiliften und direkte Skibusanbindung.

Sehr modernes, sauberes und gut geführtes Hotel. Geräumige Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Spa- und Wellnessbereich incl Fitnessraum. Sehr gutes Essen - kreativer Koch

Nichts. Allerdings Allerdings fehlt in der Spielecke ein kostenloses Betätigungsfeld für Kinder von 4-8.

Sehr schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre mit allem, was das Herz begehrt.
Pros:

Frühstück hatte alles, was man sich wünscht. Gerne hätte ich ein gutes Birchermüsli und frisch gepressten Orangensaft gehabt, was aber durch jede Menge anderer Müslis/ Cornflakes und Fertigsäfte ersetzt werden konnte. Ansonsten fehlte es an nichts. Die Studios haben sehr große Betten, viele verschiedene Lampen, einen großen Fernseher, und sind mit einem offenen Bad sehr modern gestaltet. Wer lieber einen getrennten Bad- oder WC-Bereich hat, ist im Studio falsch, da das Waschbecken im Eingangsbereich, eine offene Dusche mit Glaswand inklusive durchsichtigem Vorhang zum Zimmer und Toilette mit schalldurchlässiger Schiebetür wenig Privatsphäre bieten.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt im "DAS FALKENSTEIN" hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Leider sind nicht alle Gäste in der Lage gewesen, ihren Abfall und ihre benutzten Trinkbecher im Poolbereich nach dem Gebrauch wegzuräumen, obwohl es vorgegebene Ablagebehälter dafür gab, was den Poolbereich machmal unsauber wirken ließ. Auch wäre es schön, wenn der Pool und die Duschen im Poolbereich ein wenig wärmer gewesen wären.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Huge variaty of bread, fruits, meats etc. Hotel was clean and spacius. The SPA area was incredbie. Generally - a must stay in Kaprun!
