Excellent location, friendly staff and delicious food

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage für diverse Wanderungen, Klamms und Outdooraktivitäten. Halbpension-Speisenqualität war gut aber nicht herausragend. Freundliches Personal. Unkomplizierte Lademöglichkeit fürs E-Auto mit fairer Preisgestaltung. Könnte mir durchaus vorstellen irgendwann wieder zu kommen.
Badezimmer und Lampen im Einzelzimmer könnten langsam renoviert werden. Sitzabstand zu Tischnachbarn im Restaurant etwas knapp bemessen. Viele Familien mit Kindern und damit einhergehende Geräuschkulisse.
The hotel is nicely renovated, the room we had was comfortable, and breakfast was perfect. The location is great for exploring the surroundings, close to all attractions. We used our car, but there was also also a bus very close-by. The summer card, which is included in the stay, is great - it offers a vast number of free and discounted activities.

Temperatur des Innenpools könnte etwas höher sein, da das Wetter leider zu schlecht war, um den Badeteich nutzen zu können.

Very nice family friendly hotel! The staff is very helpful, breakfast and restaurant is great. The surrounding is very peaceful and green, the location is great, walking distance to Kaprun center and all the stores.
The playroom is quite small and the outside pool is not ideal for toddlers. But all in all it was enough for the kids!

+ venkovní bazén a celý wellnes. Vše propracované do detailů, klid a milý personál. Velký bonus byl i Sommer karta, díky ktere byly zadarmo skoro všechny lanoky a autobusy
