We had an incredible stay at the Alchemy Castle Suites hotel and were fortunate enough to book the best room in the house, the Diamond Suite. It’s huge and absolutely stunning with a large salon for entertaining friends (which we did) and a balcony with a lovely view of the castle complex. The staff and services are truly what sets this property apart from most others. Every possible desire you have is quickly and graciously accommodated by their very friendly and capable staff. Adam who took care of us during our sumptuous breakfast each morning, and Olesia at the front desk were so kind to us! There was no request too big or small (ALL of the staff were amazing and unfortunately we didn’t get all their names). The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything but tucked away and very quiet at night. The food was amazing and we loved the welcome prosecco. Our stay was like stepping back in time at a luxury Czech manor. We’ve never experienced anything like it anywhere in Europe. Five stars!!
