Pros:

The hotel is nice, very good location in the centre of Zell am See. It was very clean and warm. The breakfast was very good and diverse. The restaurant was also very good and convenient. Baby/kids friendly.

Cons:

The staff at the reception was not very friendly. The parking is free if yoou book the hotel through their website, but 15 euro per day if you book it through Booking, which for a 4-star hotel is non-sense. Also you need to ask for a coin from the reception every time you want to leave the parking. Adding additonal card or tag to the room key would be very simple to solve the parking exit.

Pros:

Snídaně vynikající- všechno včetně parmazánu. Lokalita vynikající. 5 minut ke skibusu na Postplatz, max.10 minut pěšky k lanovce cityexpress.

Purtroppo la camera affacciava su una via con locali aperti fino a tardi, con musica molto alta e schiamazzi. Ho faticato a dormire.
Non è colpa della struttura, che mi è piaciuta molto; ma il sonno disturbato ha condizionato il mio soggiorno.

Excellent stay - definitely recommend
Pros:

Really great stay! The location was very good, facilities fine (good storage for ski gear, lovely sauna area with 2 saunas and relaxation room), the breakfast was excellent (wide variety, great quality) and the staff excellent - very friendly, helpful - it was lovely to meet so many nice people! Room was warm, well serviced daily, enough storage. We didn't take the half board, but did have dinner in the restaurant, which was also good

Cons:

Can't really think of anything, we would definitely go back!
