Diamond Suites by Reykjavik Keflavik Airport

Não cheguei a me hospedar no hotel, pois no booking ele consta como 5 ⭐️, porém ao chegar no hotel me deparar com 4 ⭐️, tentei cancelar a reserva, mas não me devolveram o valor, mesmo assim fiz reserva em um outro e deixei pra lá. Demonstram um verdadeiro descaso e propaganda enganosa.

Ens vam allotjar en una de les suites Diamond i tot estava impecable. El tracte rebut pel personal de l’hotel va ser immillorable.

The Diamond Suites were fantastic—a perfect, relaxing place to stay for our last night! The staff were wonderful and made sure everything went perfectly. Great stay!

Unfortunately I don’t think it represents the price they’re charging having stayed in equally nice rooms and not paid as much.
Shouldn’t be the price it is.

Great place but find it un gratifying to come back to the room and never find any fruit basket or tasty delicacies. It’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel and first I visit that does not provide amenities for welcoming

This property was billed as a 5-star property. In my opinion just having a great room with great lights and music options does not make you a 5-star property. At the time of check-in we found that there was no bath mate on the floor in bathroom, built-in safe was locked and not working. Room temperature could not be controlled from the room! There were no free water bottles as mentioned in their information so when asked for it, we were told to drink tap water! We have stayed at so many 5-star properties all around the world but this property should never been categorized as 5-star property.

This property had all the facilites I needed. The morning brekfat buffet had a good selection as did the resturant.

This is reportedly the only 5 star in Iceland. I am not sure why. This would be a 3 star in USA. The hotel is under construction and we could not even enter the front entrance. The room was very technologically advanced but we could not even figure out how to work half of the equipment. The thermostat in our room was broken and apparently set to 80 degrees so we had to leave the door/window open in ICELAND in the winter! We were encouraged to order the free breakfast to our room and then given a room service fee so not exactly what was expected. The restaurant was good but not the best food we had in Iceland. So needless to say lots of room for improvement

Everything was top of the range that was available.
But the gentleman working on the front desk very charming and intelligent makes the place shine, the food is unbelievable the breakfast lady is as delightful as her food

Excellent hotel worthy of repeat visits! Hotel communication prior to stay and for transport was excellent! They were flexible in allowing a late check-out and attending to questions, ect. I stayed at Diamond Suites Sapphire Room as a stopover R & R following a European business trip. The suite was beautifully appointed and the private hot tub was deluxe! The separate floor for Diamond Suites is really lovely. Staff was professional and attentive. My stay was only marred a bit by a very noisy crowd occupying the other rooms and common area on the floor. The Kef Restaurant served star quality freshly caught cod and beautiful asparagus side dish.
