Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this property.
The rooms are poorly maintained and clearly lack proper care and cleaning.
To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Hospitality is completely non-existent here.

Save your money and book somewhere else.

I definitely do not recommend it.

Great location and nice staff, but can do a little uplift to the place.
Pros:

The location is great, you can take advantage of it to visit several museums and return to take a break.

Cons:

It’s quite old, and the room felt hot in the afternoon and we had to open the windows which in the night made a lot of noise. Also the mattress had a funny smell like humidity.

Cons:

A few quirks: A fridge with a glass/see-through door, with the light in the fridge was constantly on. Plus an illuminated emergency exit sign above the only door in the room. Kept the room well lit during the night. When it is meant to be dark.
It was really hot in Vienna during my stay, and there was nothing there to cool the room down even a little.

Very good. I recommend it for anyone visiting Vienna.
Pros:

It is in a wonderful location for anyone interested in visiting some of the best art museums in the world. The service was efficient but unobtrusive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
