As the hotel is located in the 7th district, there is a limited parking zone (chargeable) in front of the building. From Monday to Friday the maximum duration of parking is 2 hours between 09:00 and 22:00.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive to our kids, which made a real difference for our family. Everyone was patient, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and they made us feel truly at home. The overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day of cultural activities in Vienna. Thank you for the great experience.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have private parking at the hotel, but we understand that it’s not possible. We parked at the MuseumsQuartier underground parking, and it was just a couple of minutes’ walk — nothing difficult at all.

Pros:

Top Lage! Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers war auch für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Genügend und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer im 3. Stock. Ein Stockwerk drüber ist wohl Privateigentum. Da war ein Hund, der ständig am bellen und jaulen war. Das 3 Stunden am Stück. Hat dann zum irgendwann aufgehört. Boden war im Zimmer zudem nicht optimal gewischt. Hatten schwarze Füße.
