The place was clean, the rooms were nice the staff was above and beyond nice. The area is decent not far from some major streets that have all kinds of shops and restaurants not far from the park. And honestly the staff really did bend over backwards trying to accommodate everything we needed. We really liked our stay at this hotel and it was very affordable!

Cons:

What we didn't like was that it's kind of hard to find using Google maps. The driver that brought us there had a difficult time finding it if we didn't have the address specifically I'm not sure how we would have found it. Maybe a little better awareness of where it is would go a long way.

Hotel bien placé dans Miraflor
Chambre confortable, tres calme si on est à un étage suffisamment élevé pour ne pas entendre le bruit de la reception ( clients qui parlent tard le soir ).
Lits confortables, douche bien chaude.
Personnel très prévenant.

Cons:

La première nuit était juste au dessus de la reception avec du bruit vers minuit.
On a changé de chambre la nuit suivante piyr un étage élevé et c'était parfait.

Ideal para conocer zona costera de Lima y descansar después de un estupendo mes por Perú
Pros:

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, desayuno y limpieza

Cons:

El personal poco empático, salvo alguna excepción (recepcionista y personal de comedor de la mañana del 26, muy amables)
No corresponde en este aspecto a expectativas para este hotel, deja un sabor agridulce.

Cons:

Funcionária da recepção pouco acolhedora e um pouco rude na abordagem com os clientes.
Pelo contrário, o funcionário que carregava as bagagens extremamente educado, atencioso e afável.
Pequeno almoço muito básico, com pouca variedade. Para o preço que se paga era suposto ter um pequeno-almoço consideravelmente melhor e mais diversificado.
