Hotel très bien situé, au centre, proche du théâtre et de l'avenue Bourguiba. Personnel très professionnel et très accueillant. Bonne literie. Excellent petit déjeuner. Une expérience à renouveler.

I have been scammed by mentioning " Air conditioning"
Pros:

clean room , friendly staff , good breakfast

Cons:

- NO AC: Imagine the AC is not working!!! There is no AC !!! and their reason is : " the weather is cold outside" .. so what ?? if the weather is cold outside i am not allowed to have air in my room ? .. then they will tell you " open the window " .. yeah to hear noses and get mosquitos inside the room

- Too Noisy: People are fighting and screaming daily in the middle of the night near the hotel . . yet no action from the hotel management

Weird Rules : You have to give your room's key to the reception each time you leave the hotel

+ one time the house keeping opened my door and tried to come inside while i am inside the room :)

Buona struttura nel complesso, ma qualcosa da rivedere
Pros:

Struttura vicino al centro di Tunisi. Comodo sia raggiungere la Medina, che il treno per Cartagine. Staff molto gentile. Colazione standard, personalmente ho apprezzato molto il salato, meno il dolce

Cons:

Camera sicuramente migliorabile in alcuni aspetti, comunque accettabile.

Struttura bella,pulita e dotata di parcheggio interno.Si trova in una zona centralissima a due passi dalla Medina. Staff gentilissimo e colazione ottima e abbondante!

Pros:

Un hotel muy bien ubicado y facil de encontrar, cerca de la avenida Habib Bourguiba, muy concurrida y llena de comercios. La Medina se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos andando.
La limpieza del hotel fue bastante decente y la cama bastante cómoda, tal vez los cojines un poco grruesos y duros.
El desayuno aunque no muy variado era bastante bueno.
La atención del personal, nada fuera de lo normal, lo justo y necesario.

Cons:

La habitación daba a la calle donde se encontraba un pub, con bastante jaleo nocturno. Por la mañana también se escuchaba todo el ajetreo de la calle.
El wifi fatal, no era posible conectarte desde la habitación. Había que salir al hall para coger señal y tampoco era gran cosa.

Le personnel de l’hôtel sont très gentils , aime donner la main de laide , le petit déjeuner est très bon
Tout Le matériel de l’hôtel et meme le meuble , neuf et modernes

Cons:

Beaucoup de moustiques, a cause de leur emplacement
Et j’ai réserve une chambre avec balcon et il m’ont donné une chambre sans balcon

Ya pas de climatisation et si jouvre les fenêtres les moustiques me dérangent

موقعه جيد ، تنظيف الغرف كان جيد

الأصوات عالية جدا ليلا ويصعب النوم ولا يوجد تكييف ايضاً مع ان درجة الحرارة كانت 28 ، العمال جيدون ولكن بعضهم فظ ً، وهذا المبلغ لا يناسب الخدمات
