Pros:

Recibí un trato por parte de todo el personal, excepcional, todas mis necesidades fueron atendidas y resueltas.
El hotel cuenta con una muy buena ubicación en el centro de Túnez.
Además ofrece un desayuno muy completo.
Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y no se escucha el ruido de afuera.
Completamente recomiendo el hotel y el increíble personal, + uno de los muchachos Ouael habla 100% español. Pura vida! 😁

I received exceptional service from the entire staff; all my needs were met and resolved.
The hotel is very well located in the center of Tunis.
It also offers a very comprehensive breakfast.
The facilities are well-maintained, and there is no outside noise.

L'hôtel est idéal pour les courts séjours ou transit tout est à proximité commerces transports

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéale car il se situe en plein cœur du centre ville et de l'avenue Habib bourguiba les centres d'intérêts médina casbah etc... Sont à proximité de cet hôtel par contre le petit déjeuner est limite limite le menu est trop simple doit être amélioré

J'ai réservé une mini suite la literie est un peu raide manque de souplesse

الموقع جيد قريب جدا جدا لشارع ابورقيبه الرئيسي والمطاعم والكافيهات

الغرفه لايوجد بها غلاية ماء حيث كانت مهمه جدا لي الافطار عادي جدا المخدات سيئة جدا
الشاور مكانه خطأ يغرق دورة المياه عتد استخدامة

Ottima soluzione in pieno centro.
Pros:

Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo di questa struttura collocata in zona centrale vicino da attrazioni, mercati, ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto. Colazione non particolarmente ricca ma soddisfacente.

Cons:

Il fatto non esistesse un area comune per poter studiare o consumare un pasto, non essendoci un bar o dei distributori automatici. Inoltre lamento il fatto aver passato una notte da incubo quando appena arrivato mi è stata assegnata una stanza fumatori per un errore di comunicazione. Errore corretto il giorno dopo cambiando appunto stanza. Mi sarei aspettato maggiori amenities in bagno ed un minifrigo.

Séjour correct et sécurisé à Tunis
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé dans Tunis. Proche des principaux lieux d'intérêt. Le personnel est au petit soin et très réactif, ils m'ont vraiment bien aidé et conseillé durant mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était bon, copieux et avec du choix. La chambre était propre.

Cons:

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on se fait facilement réveiller par les bruits.
