Truly a 5-star experience
Pros:

Our wonderful experience at Schlosshotel Ischgl started even before we arrived. A few days before our stay, the team kindly contacted us to discuss our requests and preferences, and everything was taken care of perfectly. From the very beginning, we truly felt like princesses!

From the concierge to the reception and lobby staff, everyone was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally comfortable, with attention paid to even the smallest details. The location is excellent, the spa is absolutely amazing and cozy, and the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, perfectly organized, and impeccably clean.

A very special thank you goes to the Kristallsaal restaurant. The food was outstanding and truly Michelin-star worthy, and the entire restaurant team made the experience even more memorable with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would recommend Schlosshotel Ischgl without hesitation. We would absolutely love to come back!
