1. The on-site parking spaces are limited, and parking is open from 3:00 pm. First-come first-served (please leave the key when parking is available).
2. Off-site parking is also available . If hotel's parking lot is full, guests can use the off-site parking lot. Hotel provide a 12-hour free parking coupon, guests need to pay 30 TWD per hour for overtime fee.

Pet policy:
(1). Charges: Deposit TWD 1000 + cleaning fee (TWD 300 per small pet).
(2). When checking out, the housekeeping staff will check whether there is any dirt in the room and whether the guest room furniture and facilities are damaged. If the guest room bed set or facilities and equipment are accidentally damaged by pets, compensation must be based on the original price.
※Cleaning pet accommodations rooms is time-consuming and laborious. To maintain the quality of accommodations, please comply with this.
(3). Fur babies are limited to small animals under 10 kilograms that can be packed in a pet bag or stroller. Limit of one pet per room.

飯店較老舊，吹風機是固定在牆上要一直壓著按鈕，吹太久會斷電需停一下才能繼續，不過此行目的是基隆廟口夜市，地利之便還是很棒！

完全不滿意像屎一樣的地方 爛透

Cons:

沒附停車場寫的超小字 完全看不到 到現場後還要多付360停車費 自己沒看清楚 又跟我多收費 房間比我租屋處還小 超級不舒服 一進去頭就很暈 毛巾有個大叔味 牆壁掉漆還黏在我身上 半夜睡到一半停電 冷氣停掉被熱醒 還怪我是我同時用熱水壺跟吹風機 我根本就在睡覺 還能聽得到對面阿桑在講什麼八卦 隔壁房還有同志在玩皮炎 聽了真的蠻痛苦的 早餐看起來像泡在油裡的菜成本超低 其實根本可以不用附拿來當噱頭 反正整體來講就是快跑 還有寵物一點都不友善 不要因為寵物友善來被坑
