Die Lage des Hotels ist top und die Rezeption Damen war sehr nett.
Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, leider gab es kein frisches Brot (fertig-gebackene/aufgebackene Brötchen)

fantastic hotel experience what a hotel should aspire to be friendly staff could not do enough for us it was birthday treat for my partner and we were absolutely overwhelmed could not ask for more believe me we have traveled all over the world and had our fair share of disappointment but not this time it was a win win and will definitely be back
We arrived at this charming little hotel just 3 days ago for a short break and what an amazing hotel it is.
Although it is situated within a pedestrianised area surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops ,if peace and quiet is what you are looking for then look no further.
It is a short walk to the waterfront and to the nearby ferry terminal and bus terminal so exploring the area is evry easy and Uber is a big thing here too.
The hotel is really clean the room large and comfortable with a large shower in the bathroom.
Breakfast is continental style buffet with lots of fresh fruit,cereal ,eggs ,cold meats ,bread and pastries. Plenty to set you up for the day ahead.
There is also a wellness room comprising of a sauna ,hot tub and the facility to book a massage should you wish one.
There is a small outdoor sitting area outside the hotel on the path running adjacent to the hotel and is a nice spot to sit and watch the world go by.
The staff in this hotel are just fabulous. So so friendly extremely helpful and helped make my birthday one of the best yet thanks to their kindness.

Style plutôt traditionnel et très confortable. Très bien situé.
Très joli hôtel plein de charme, idéalement situé en plein centre de la vieille ville. Restaurant sympathique juste à côté. La chambre était très confortable et spacieuse, le petit déjeuner top! Nous recommandons!

Perfect location in the old town close to a car park. Beautifully decorated , comfortable, clean. Friendly staff, great breakfast choice.
The car park is €1.33 per hour. Although if you stay longer you can move the car to a €5 a day car park. But that is 20 minutes away.
Charming location in old town Sibenick. Everything is beautiful and high quality. Superb decor that fits the old town aesthetic. We were upgraded to the presidential suite which was a true gift as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The hostess was super friendly and helpful for checking in. We utilized the Finnish sauna in the wellness center which was also a treat. While we were only able to enjoy the breakfast for one of the two morning that we were there, it was as extraordinary! So many exquisite offerings ranging from cured salmon and pate to honeycomb, fresh fruit and pastries.
Location is a bit cumbersome as you have to park either in the parking garage and pay 25€ per day or park in the public outdoor lot about 1 km distance, pay 5€ and walk to the property. The staff is very helpful in making suggestions and providing all the options.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city of Šibenik.
The breakfast was very good and offered a great start to the day.

L’heritage hotel life palace è una struttura di medio livello che non merita, pienamente, le quattro stelle.
E’ ben posizionato nel centro storico di Šibenik ( l’albergo e’ raggiungibile solo a piedi).
e la stanza ( 401) ha buona qualità del sonno.
Stanza mansardata, piuttosto piccola ( ma rispecchiava quella prenotata sul portale).
- mancanza di acqua in omaggio.
- prezzo dei prodotti del frigobar elevati
Televisore con soli 2 canali, esclusivamente croati, non accettabile per un 4 stelle.
- acqua calda in quantità ridotta dal lavandino
Migliorabile anche la colazione che, ancorché fosse sia dolce che salata, presentava poca varietà, soprattutto nel dolce.
Rapporto qualità/ prezzo, leggermente negativo.
