It's adequate and convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast is adequate, location is convenient to points both in Burlington and beyond. While dated, the rooms are generally clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the last few years, and while I likely will again, given its convenience to Elon, I will certainly look elsewhere before booking. The front desk staff member was curt, bordering on rude, when I checked in, and the staff member during check out, while affable enough, was unable to provide any clarity on my questions regarding changes to my reservation. There was a significant storm system moving through the region, and my flight was changed, resulting in me no longer needing the second night of my stay. Since this happened after the 12pm window (by about 1.5 hrs), they would not provide me a refund, even a partial. I feel this is poor customer service.

Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable, enjoyed view of the pool and courtyard,was beautiful,breakfast was very good

Cons:

The toilet was to low and sink vanity high, a child would not be able to brush teeth or wash hands, also to much light comes in door from hallway,these were just minor issues,overall a very nice place

Cons:

Check out ain’t until 12. They came knocking at 8am, again at 9am and again at 10am, like that was ridiculous especially since check out ain’t until noon, I felt like they was rushing us out. Very unfortunate and unprofessional

Good location, great staff, mediocre overpriced room

Cons:

The pillows are AWFUL. Like holograms.i had to ball up my blankets to make a makeshift pillow… the beds were okay but it was also very warm in there- tried to adjust but it didn’t seem to help.
