Great staff and our needs were met sufficiently. We will definitely stay here again any time we come back to Dallas, Ore
Pros:

Location and cleanliness. Staff was very helpful, friendly and informative. Rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Good restaurants close by and easy access to highways to see the sites.

Cons:

Utilities and electricity did not work. The refrigerator was kept in a cabinet which caused it to overheat. Half of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was okay.

The morning staff and late night staff were very nice. The vending machines were stocked.

Cons:

Slight smell in lobby; counter staff that checked is in was dressed in a graphic tee rather than uniform; no elevator in hotel; hotel is run down and not like online pictures. We were told the pool was closed 'for maintenance' but based on the rest of the hotel, I believe it was just closed because they didn't want to upkeep it. Room was quite large but I think it was because we had a corner room. Toilet low to ground and wall was slanted in a way that made it so that there wasn't a lot of room to sit on the toilet.

The tv was a nightmare to operate. Breakfast was a joke, hardly any food by 830, coffee pots were empty and there wasn't any staff at the desk to ask for help.

It was a place to sleep.
Pros:

the room we booked was double booked and they offered comparable upgrade from a King suite to a Queen suite, but we down graded for a basic King room because we wanted the king size bed. The room was clean and welcoming even for being basic.

Cons:

When the shower was turned on and running the drain was slow and started to build as if drawing a bath. Stood in water the whole time in the shower. once getting our of the shower it was noted that there was standing water on the floor but unclear if came from curtain run off of leaking from the tub. The toilet ran if you did not jiggle the handle before walking out of the bathroom. There were only 2 towels, 3 hand towels and 2 wash clothes so after showers and mopping up the standing water on the floor we had used all that were provided. Upon check out I informed the front desk of the tub/shower and toilet issues and vs offering any apologies or further conversation another staff member that overheard jumped straight into how to fix the issue.

Convenient, nice staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Couldn’t figure out how to operate the tv. Didn’t ask😕. Fan loud in bathroom. Bedding overly fancy. Too many pillows too, much bulk. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

A great place to stay, and we will definitely be referring any out-of-town guests there.

Convenience, late night availability. And a great comfortable chair for reading.

Cons:

At the last cleaning of the room, the housekeeper neglected to check the nightstand drawer. It had trash left by a previous client.

Could of been better unfortunately
Pros:

Bathroom had black mold around wall of tub, ( wish i would of took pictures if i would of know i was going to be asked to leave another separate review.

Brand new t.v.'s were a major pain to figure out ( this was also told to us by front desk with t.v. issue) .

Bed was super comfy. That was the best part of the stay.

Breakfast was below average and not acustomed properly made for remaning guests. 3 pieces of bacon 3 biscuits and 2 eggs were in trays that all remained.. Only 3 other people that went for breakfast in the early morning that we seen and there wasn't enough for us left over and staff that was in breakfast room was listening to us talk about this and they just stood there looking at us as we only got a cup of juice and we said " I guess we're going out to eat this morning.". And we walked out And she just sat there.
