Great location and affordable price, but cleanliness needs improvement.
Pros:

The location was excellent, very convenient and great for exploring the area. The accommodation was affordable and offered good value for the price.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean which was disappointing. This area definitely needs improvement and better attention to cleanliness standards.

Excelente ubicación y atención impecable.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo: restaurantes, parques, tiendas y zonas turísticas. La comodidad de las habitaciones es excelente, todo muy bien equipado y pensado para descansar. Además, la limpieza es impecable, se nota el cuidado en cada detalle.

Cons:

La estancia fue muy buena en general, pero podría mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones para evitar escuchar ruidos de la calle.

Cambiar las ventanas por favor

Ubicacion exceptional

Cons:

Las ventanas estando cerradas se escucha muchisimo los carros y las motos. No entiendo porque no tienen buenas ventanas cuando solo es una inversion para toda la vida. A consecuencia de eso, es imposible dormir la siesta al medio dia y por la noche hasta la 1am que dejan de pasar los autos. Dificilmente volvere. Es resto del hotel todo de 10. Pero el descanso es lo mas importante de un hotel.

Agradable, atención amable
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal de recepción, siempre presto a ayudar y atento. El lugar es tranquilo y se puede descanzar es como a 1 cuadra a una avenida pero durante mi estancia no hubo ruidos exagerados en la calle ni dentro del hotel. Así mismo es cercano a varios lugares como el parque Kennedy, restaurantes, transporte público, etc. También incluyen un calefactor.

Cons:

No ofrecen desayuno por el precio que cobran por noche, así mismo la puerta del baño es como corrediza y desplegable pero el seguro no funciona bien y es algo incómodo, recomendaría colocar una puerta normal. La ventana hacia una de las camas tiene una pequeña abertura que podría ocasionar que haga más frío, así mismo en la habitación encontré al parecer un objeto personal (lipstick) del huésped anterior o personal de limpieza, que tuve que eliminar ya que seguía durante los días que me quede.

El Hotel está en una zona tranquila de Miraflores, cerca hay muchas opciones para comer y distraerse además aceptaron mi reserva a última hora cuando no tenía donde llegar, me gustó mucho la flexibilidad que tienen, muy recomendado
