Nos limpiaron la habitación solo 1 día de 6, teníamos que pedir toallas todos los días y hasta el gel y champú se nos acabó. La piscina, que es más bien charca de 2*2, estaba sucísima, con los focos rotos y llena de verdín. Muy ruidosa la gente que venía de fiesta y pasaba de habitación en habitación y no hay control alguno en recepción.

Smelly bed and pillows, bathroom also weren't fixed i attached images of arrival view, bed wasnt done as attached also to show u how bad it was ( we came at 6pm which means 4 hours after checkin).

Οι φωτογραφίες με τις πισίνες είναι κάπως παραπλανητικές. Η μία μεγάλη πισίνα είναι κοινόχρηστη με άλλα ξενοδοχεία της εταιρείας και έχουν πρόσβαση και άτομα εκτός των ξενοδοχείων. Με λίγα λόγια ήταν γεμάτη, δεν μπορέσαμε να κάτσουμε ποτέ επειδή ήταν γεμάτη κόσμο και βρώμικα. Η πισίνα στην ταράτσα είναι πολύ μικρού μεγέθους και χωράει μαξ 2 άτομα, είναι πιο πολύ σαν τις πισίνες που έχουν στα ιδιωτικά δωμάτια. Η κατάσταση με τις πισίνες με απογοήτευσε πάρα πολύ.

Wir haben viel Zeit und Geld investiert, um von Deutschland nach Gozo zu reisen. Statt der erhofften Erholung fühlte sich dieser Aufenthalt jedoch eher an wie eine Flucht oder ein Evakuierungscamp.Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und weist erhebliche Mängel auf. An Tag 1 war die Toilette direkt verstopft, sodass wir um 6 Uhr morgens die Restaurant-Toilette nutzen mussten. Nach langem Warten wurden wir in ein winziges Notzimmer verlegt. Auf meine Beschwerde-E-Mail wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. An Tag 2 passierte der nächste Vorfall: Ich wurde im defekten Aufzug eingesperrt, was für mich mit meiner Klaustrophobie extrem belastend war. An Tag 3 klemmte dann auch noch die Zimmertür komplett, sodass wir im Zimmer gefangen waren und die Alarmanlage auslöste.Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte solche Mängel nicht haben. Besonders enttäuschend war das Krisenmanagement: Wir mussten dreimal packen und umziehen. Die Aussage der Managerin, uns das letzte (schlechtere) Zimmer „kostenlos“ zu überlassen, wirkte angesichts unseres vollen Reisepreises und des Stresses fast schon ironisch. Es gab weder eine angemessene Entschuldigung noch eine kleine Entschädigung wie ein Abendessen für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

​Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto a causa di gravi problemi legati alla pulizia e all'organizzazione iniziale.

​I punti di forza:

​Posizione: L'hotel si trova in una zona strategica e comoda per muoversi.

​Le piscine: La struttura offre due opzioni, la piscina sul tetto (molto carina) e il parco acquatico Acqualuna.

​I lati negativi (da migliorare assolutamente):

​Ritardo e camere impreparate al check-in: Al nostro arrivo il check-in ha subito un ritardo notevole. Nonostante questo, quando finalmente siamo entrati in camera, la sorpresa è stata pessima: le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano chiaramente da cambiare. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per far venire qualcuno a rifare il letto da zero e sostituire lenzuola e federe.

​Pulizia generale scadente: La pulizia della camera non è stata per niente all'altezza. Abbiamo trovato peli nella doccia e il bagno in generale non era pulito a fondo, costringendoci a richiedere un ulteriore intervento del personale.

​Criticità sulla zona piscine (Acqualuna): Sebbene l'area sia un bel plus, l'organizzazione lascia a desiderare. I posti assegnati erano in alto, costringendo a continui e scomodi spostamenti su e giù per raggiungere la piscina. L'acqua aveva un cattivo odore e la situazione era caotica, con una vera e propria "gara" tra gli ospiti per accaparrarsi un ombrellone.

​In conclusione: La struttura avrebbe un grande potenziale grazie alla posizione e ai servizi acquatici, ma la scarsa cura per l'igiene e l'inefficienza del servizio all'arrivo rovinano completamente il soggiorno. Spero che la direzione prenda provvedimenti per migliorare questi aspetti fondamentali.

Be aware significant construction on the side street location and a block down renovating a new hotel. In addition, if your room faces west you will struggle because the lock the air conditioning at 19 degrees which kept my room very hot most of the night.
