地下鉄の駅から近く、近くに飲食店が多数あり困らない。
スーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストアーが近隣にあり便利。

房間很大！床很舒適，還有一張個人沙發跟工作桌
樓下就是便利商店跟星巴克，離捷運出口走路30秒
二樓有製冰機、飲水機、洗衣機，很方便

Cons:

蓮蓬頭的熱水有點難控制，很容易過燙調不回來
