Good place to spend the night

Good hotel and good value.
Pros:

Medium size hotel, with all facilities necessary. Clean, comfortable. Large rooms. Free water and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Very nice personnel. Away from the center of town but right by the main highways and streets, so easily to travel to and from it. Excellent breakfast, varied and complete.

Overcharged and unresponsive
Pros:

Overcharged on credit card for wedding block hotel room. When guest folio was emailed and showed the discrepancy that I was overcharged what they claim was charged to my Visa, they charged the difference to the card AGAIN rather than crediting it, so now they’ve taken double the amount, unauthorized from my credit card. I’ve been on hold with the 705-737-9999 number for over an hour. Seems that they have left the line off the hook. There is no other way to contact them. EXTREMELY disappointed. Will likely need to contact my credit card company to stop payment or they will get away with stealing the extra money from me. Be very cautious if you stay here and be sure to check your credit card statements.
