Pros:

Príjemný personál, bohaté raňajky, skvelá lokalita, čistá dobre vybavená izba. Súkromné parkovisko aj keď za poplatok.

Cons:

Jediná vec ktorá mi vadila, bolo slabé hučanie z radiátora počas celej noci.

Mohl by se u bookingu zlepšit výběr parkování. Teprve po příjezdu jsem zjistil, že činí 390 Kč/den.

Izba komfortná, dobrá lokalita, tiché miesto, vyhovujúci parking
Pros:

Pri hoteli je podzemná garáž, čiže s týmto sme max. spokojní. Izba suita superior bola krásna priestranná, vaňa bola veľká a moderná, super sa nám to páčilo, cítili sme sa komfortne. Veľmi nám chýbal koberec čo som si pri rezervácii nevšimla. My ale máme radi koberce. Raňajky bol dobrý výber naozaj, teplé aj studené. Plus šalátiky, čerstvé pečivo. Recepica funguje nonstop. Je to skoro v meste takže čokoľvek je blízko. Dobrá lokalita. Psíky povolené za poplatok.

Cons:

Nám osobne na izbe chýbali koberce na izbe ale každého vec vkusu. Inak všetko ok.

Service and comfort exceeded expectations, excellent breakfasts
Pros:

Great location right in the city centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming (accommodating and fulfilling both of our requests - a higher-floor room with a beautiful view of the castle and separate beds), and the rooms were clean, renovated, and well equipped. We appreciated the provided toiletries, electric kettle, bathrobe, and slippers. As we arrived late in the evening, it was a big plus that the café/bar and the restaurant in the hotel were still open, with very reasonable prices. Breakfast was excellent - the selection was well above the usual Czech standard, in my opinion.

Cons:

The hotel exterior and some of the common areas still have a rather “socialist-era” feel; however, it is clear that the hotel is making an effort to overcome this and modernize where possible
