Bestes Frühstück
Pros:

Absolut empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück besteht hauptsächlich aus selbstgemachten Produkten oder frischem Gemüse/Obst aus dem Garten. Super nettes Personal und ein bequemes Bett.

Struttura suggestiva frutto di un recupero conservativo di raro gusto, posizione strategica per visitare tutta la Sicilia occidentale, colazione magnifica con cibi preparati in casa e provenienti da risorse locali, ma il valore aggiunto è rappresentato dai proprietari accoglienti, premurosi e solerti nel consigliare le escursioni, consgliatissimo.

Un bellissimo baglio a gestione familiare che è una vera chicca! Super curato nei dettagli a partire dal loro bellissimo cortile interno ma quello che ti lascia davvero a bocca a aperto sarà la cena di Mariuccia e Caterina, tra le più buone e genuine mai fatte in Sicilia! Per non parlare della colazione, ricchissima di prodotti tipici e fatti al momento! Questo posto rimarrà nel mio cuore!

Pros:

La struttura é incredibile, vista la ristrutturazione conservativa che hanno applicato, le camere accoglienti, pulite e ben arredate. Lo staff oltre alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità prestataci, ha avuto anche delle attenzioni aggiuntive nei nostri confronti. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti e a casa. Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

La strada di accesso non era comodissima, ma si stanno attivando per migliorarla.

Poor communication and low honesty in marketing
Pros:

It’s a character filled property , friendly staff with no English

Cons:

I found this property on another website tailoring to gay market , where there was description of SWIMMING POOL, personal owner on site etc .
I could not book there so found same property on booking.com where all my other stays were booked .
I felt uncomfortable that the management were not honest .
After questions ( with translations ) they admitted they have misinformed .
There was silence I thought there could have been compensation .
Very slow communication from management and I had to translate .
The food in Sicily is fantastic but the pasta buffet here did not rate .

Baglio Catalano è un'oasi di ospitalità autentica
Pros:

Baglio a conduzione familiare, ben ristrutturato e in posizione comoda per girare le bellezze del Trapanese .
La struttura è curata e raccolta, 8 camere, spaziose, pulite e dotate dei principali confort
Ma ill vero valolre aggiunto del Baglio Catalano è l'accoglienza calorosa dei proprietari Leo ed Enza, che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.
una citazione particolare va anche alla buonissima colazione , varia e con prodotti locali e genuini così come le cene a buffet al Baglio dove in un'atmosfera familiare si possono gustare ricette tipiche preparate con prodotti genuini dalle eccezionali cuoche Caterina e Mariuccia.
Il Baglio Catalano è un'oasi di ospitalità autentica, ritorneremo sicuramente!

Séjour très apprécié dans ce charmant hôtel à l'ambiance tres familiale Bravo à Enza et Léo pour leur professionnalisme et leurs qualité d'accueil exceptionnelles, leur sympathie naturelle. Un grand Merci à Catherine et Maria pour nous avoir fait goûter à cette cuisine Sicilienne. Repas généreux et délicieux . Super petit déjeuner copieux et varié du fait maison pour les gateaux, granite et confitures, le top ! Nous recommandons cet établissement dans ce beau coin de Sicile où nous avons séjourné pendant 8 jours. Evelyne et Philippe .
