I hope they fix the light if I stay again.
Pros:

it says what did I think of breakfast, WHAT breakfast ?
it says location, good location, for our needs.
we stayed in the suits in years past, under old owner.

Cons:

Our door code was WRONG, our porch light and the next one down, left us in the dark. Cleaning staff tried to fix, no luck.
Sign said Lounge, Sauna, Laundry. I found Laundry. I found STAFF ONLY sign on the Lounge, Never found the Sauna ? ? ? ?

Pros:

6 minutes drive to the Whiteface Mountain trailhead and 2 minutes from Flume Falls .

Cons:

The small room was crammed with two queen-sized beds, nowhere to hang towels or clothes; the noise from the constantly running air conditioner echoed through the cramped space, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep, while the window covering consisted of worn-out blinds paired with a piece of fabric that failed to block out the light.

This is my go to place in Wilmington, 2 years in a row.
Pros:

Very peaceful place back from the road a bit. Super comfortable beds and pillows, and we had a nice suite with kitchen. Great stay!

Cons:

Their door code instructions need updating as some doors have a different kind of lock and the instructions are not for that type of lock. I was able to reach someone, who called back after I left a message. But that uneasy feeling after travelling 6 hours, and not being able to get into the room, is something I do not need.

Okayest place if you’re not picky.
Pros:

Nice redo of an old place. Keyless. No banter with staff.

Cons:

Taking a shower was a challenge, tight space. Stove top burner didn’t work. No stove. Didn’t know we needed keurick coffee pods. Pillows were like pancakes. Requests for more pillows took several hours to get. Need clothes hooks on both sides of beds.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Owners/staff were awesome - lots of info ahead of time, readily available when the code for our room didn't work (it had worked previously, but the door had become jammed somehow). The room was amazing and the location fantastic for skiing at Whiteface.

Very nice, clean and comfortable facility.
Pros:

Really enjoyed the room and shower. The no-contact arrival and departure worked pretty well.
Overall, we were very happy with the unit.

Cons:

No silverware for eating or stirring coffee.
Ran out of coffee after the 2nd day and couldn't get any for two days.
One of the TV controls didn't work at all and the other would not allow for volume control to turn it down or mute.

Pros:

This place went above and beyond. We forgot our spoons. I reacted out and they literally came right over and personally brought over spoons for us. This was absolutely more than we could have asked for. Thank you again. I highly recommend and will be returning.

A cozy, family-run gem with great beds and unbeatable access to Whiteface Mountain.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Pros:

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect for skiing Whiteface Mountain. The family owners were so friendly and responsive throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind - everything met our expectations.
