Estaban realizando trabajos en habitaciones del al lado, generando mucho ruido que molestaba, además los pasillos llenos de polvo a causa de los mismos trabajos
El hotel es bueno, pero podría ser mucho mejor si se fijan en unos detalles que son totalmente mejorables por las personas propietarias. Está bien aseado, sus instalaciones son agradables, una piscina muy bien tenida, está en una buena zona y el personal que atiende en la recepción es diez puntos.
El hotel se raja en detalles que se deberían poder cuidar. Primero y quizás el más importante, el desayuno es rico pero si usted llega entre 8 y 9 am, que es la hora límite para servir, o incluso 7:30 am, es muy probable que estén los alimentos fríos, ya que ponen un samobar pero apagado, por lo que los alimentos no conservan su calor, teniendo en cuenta que sirven a las 6:30 a.m. Por otro lado no le hacen aseo a las habitaciones si usted tiene la reserva activa, no se si esto fue porque fui un fin de semana, donde no tienen mucho personal, de hecho después de las 5 pm solo está la recpcionista, pero estuve un sábado y un domingo y no se le hizo aseo al cuarto mientras yo estaba en él, nunca se acercaron a tocar a ver si lo podían realizar, que es lo habitual en cualquier hotel, también sería bueno que hubiera una persona más ayudando a la recepcionista, con eso generan más empleo y puede atender ciertas solicitudes, yo fui con mi bebé y no fue posible cambiar una hedredón que él orinó porque no había quien pudiera hacerlo en la tarde. Por otro lado también sería importante que se enfatice el tema del reciclaje, por dignidad de las personas que reciclan y por cuidado del planeta, solo hay una caneca para reciclar en todo el hotel y en los cuartos solo hay una caneca, la del baño, con lo que es imposible separar los residuos.

La administradora debe ser más amable, y ayudarle al huésped. Pero es un ogro, aunque después cambió un poco. La recepcionista muy bien muy atenta, me ayudó a solucionar mi situación. Eso debió hacer la administradora.
