아리산에 간다면 꼭 방문할만한 숙소
Pros:

공원 내 중심지점에 있어서 여유롭게 산책코스를 다닐 수 있으며, 여행자센터와 공원입구로의 셔틀버스가 잘 운영되고 있어 적절히 이용하면 좋다.

무엇보다 스태프들이 충분히 친절하고 적극적으로 여행자들을 맞이하기 때문에, 작은 감동을 준다. 건물 상층부의 전망데크를 이용하는 것도 좋고, 일출열차를 위한 셔틀버스 및 모닝콜 서비스 역시 잘 짜여져 있다.

레트로 느낌이 이곳의 아이덴티티라고 한다면 그 점을 은근하게 잘 살려낸 것으로 만족합니다. (어울리지 않게 가짜 레트로 건물 또는 꼼꼼히 보수되고 관리 되지 않음을 레트로 인척 포장한 것이 아닌 진짜 레트로 인점)

原本與前台服務人員說好可以隔天晚些checkout (11:30am 1200pm 中間）， 但因為隔日值班人員沒有被交接到而又拒絕，態度非常不佳，揚言要加付延遲checkout 費用。造成當日早上要臨時改變計劃，造成許多不變。 原本答應的人員隔天也有反覆不一的回應，讓人非常的錯愕。這次全家帶著年邁行動不變的長輩旅遊，讓原本愉快的旅行話下很差的體驗。下次應該不會回住。建議加強飯店人員訓練。

The park is beautiful but a little TLC on the property would upgrade it significantly.
Pros:

Jason was outstanding and immediately fixed an issue with being given the wrong room. He showed us to a new room and even provided a goodie bag for the problem it caused. If everyone had Jason's get it done attitude, I would give the hotel a 10+++.

Cons:

The staff at the restaurant was excellent. However, the selection of food was geared to Asians. They obviously are their demographic customer. They could add a lasagna, club sandwich bar, Italian vegetable soup, baked potato bar, nachos, or pizza. Actually, their Asian customers might appreciate another selection.

Decent comfort but definitely not worth the price
Pros:

Great location, but truth be told it does not provide much more location-wise than the hotels at the visitor center, meaning you can easily walk the distance. The staff was brilliant, very helpful and professional, the breakfast and dinner (no other option than HB was available) had an enormous spread and decent quality. The bathroom was quite new.

Cons:

The hotel is DATED and is very expensive. Not going to comment on the price, as we knew what we would need to pay, only that you don’t get what you pay for. Booked a room at the „historic” building which just means old, got room 611 which was at the (I’m serious) smelly end of the corridor, there was not too much noise isolation from the corridor or the other rooms, the room was cold and had to turn on the electric heater to get by, as the AC did not provide anything other than noise. While I like a hard mattress, this one took it to another level and was too hard in the end. The bathroom was tiny.

飯店接駁車很方便，上山時，不管在轉運站或阿里山車站都有提供搭乘服務。
餐點美味、選擇性很多；房間很舒適、水壓很大
看完日出後回飯店時，本來打算先回房間休息，但餐廳服務人員建議我們先行用餐，才不會和晚起的房客擠在一起，我覺得他的建議非常棒~

有參加看日出的行程，和櫃檯人員確認需要喚醒服務，結果電話完全沒有響......
