從嘉義到阿里山的巴士時間超出接駁班次，但致電賓館後接駁巴士變特別繞出園區接我們到賓館。check-in流暢，房間寬敞舒適，地理位置極佳，離各式步道距離近，觀日後順著步道走回賓館也很方便。回訪意願極高。

There was a bug in the bathtub on arrival. Shuttle bus from the visitor's center to the hotel was not on time so it required us to proactively call the hotel and arrange it.
