historical vibes at a great location
Pros:

The staff was amazing, even prior to our arrival everything was done through email communication. Oksana was very supportive.
The ambience at the castle is amazing, the snow fall came at the right time and made our stay magical. The live music during breakfast and dinner was great. At the Silvester Gala, the hotel staff even provided colouring books for our 4&5 year old, which kept them occupied throughout the evening.

Cons:

The price for the dinner the night before the Gala was with 60€/ per person expensive, given the fact that the buffet did not have a great variation of food. A gala dinner at New Year's Eve for 120€ is not justified given the fact that certain food was not available after the first two hours. The choices for Muslims were absolutely limited. My husband and I ate, 90% during the stay, only salmon.

Schönes Schloss, ruhige Umgebung. Zimmermädchen sehr aufmerksam.
Sehr sauber. Betten bequem

Cons:

Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte 8 Tage vor Anreise, völlig untypisch.
Zimmer sehr dunkel. Heizung sehr laut ( Lüfter)
Dusche läuft schlecht ab , vermutlich Probleme mit der Kanalisation.
Silvester Dinner ernüchternd, zu später Stunde hätten wir uns einen Snack gewünscht.Ein paar Nüsse oder Salzstangen wären auch schön gewesen…
Zum Frühstück muss man vermutlich um 7:00 da sein , da um 09:00 alles abgestanden und unappetitlich ausschaut. Keine Brötchen nur trauriges Toastbrot und krümeliges Graubrot.
Der Wellnessbereich wirkte sehr verlassen und nicht einladend.
Personal im Service wirkte überfordert und nicht professionell .
Nicht annähernd 5 Sterne und erst recht nicht Luxury.

Für 120 € ohne Getränke bzw. 170 für Besucher absolute Unverschämtheit, Frühstück und Silvester-Buffet nicht mal Kantinenniveau. Für ein 5 Sterne Luxushotel zum Schämen. Diese Meinung hatten auch andere Gäste

Das Silvester Programm war super.

Cons:

Das Personal war freundlich aber leider mit allem total überfordert. Wir waren nur zu zweit an der Bar und die Dame konnte sich nicht merken was wir uns bestellt haben. Ein absolutes Chaos 8der Bar und im Restaurant. Die Preise sind 5 Sterne wert, aber das Hotel leider nur 3 Sterne.

Cons:

Snídaně absolutně neodpovídá 5hvězdičkovému hotelu. Snídaně byla na úrovni tak 2hvězdičkového penzionu, druhý den pobytu se nejednalo ani o bufet, ale každému na stůl donesli talířek se šunkou a sýrem. Servírované suroviny byly nízké kvality.
Na pokoji bylo hlučné topení a byl cítit kouř.
Při snaze řešit problém na místě byl personál absolutně neochotný a bez zájmu cokoliv řešit.
Nebyli jsme jediní nespokojení s ubytováním v tomto termínu.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Schloss mit Geschichte und viel Liebe zum Detail. Ein perfekter Service, sehr freundliches Personal. Jammerschade, dass wir die einzigen Gäste in diesem tollen Haus waren. Es gibt hier nichts zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Die Liebe zum Detail. Überall das eigene Logo drauf. Sekt aus schweren Kristallgläsern usw.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Schlosshotel, Suite mit Charakter, tolle antike Möbel, leckeres Frühstück, äußerst freundliches Personal.
Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, sollte sich für dieses Hotel entscheiden.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Eens geïnstalleerd, was het verblijf zeer aangenaam.
Pros:

Mooie groene locatie buiten het stadje, je hebt wel een auto nodig. Romantisch sprookjeskasteel van begin 20e eeuw, gerenoveerd met respect voor origineel. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt, professionele bediening. Goed restaurant. Hoge zolderingen, stijlvolle inrichting. Hygienische kamer, zeer goede matras en kussens, rust en stilte. Karslbad en Pilzen op bereikbare afstand. De wellness hebben we niet gebruikt.

Cons:

De hoofdingang was versperd bij aankomst wegens herstelling trap. De toegang tot de receptie was niet duidelijk aangegeven. Na 8 uur rijden naar het hotel hebben we nog eens 2 uur moeten wachten op de kamersleutel, wat niet erg professioneel overkwam. Wifi werkte onregelmatig.

Very enjoyable atmospheric stay in attractive period hotel with very friendly and obliging staff.
Pros:

Quiet and peaceful location. Period feel. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Coffee machine a long way from breakfast table. Coffee from it not very hot.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das um 1900 gebaute Haus wurde perfekt renoviert. Man hat alle Annehmlichkeiten eines modernes Hauses und genießt gleichzeitig den Charme einer vergangenen Epoche.
Das Frühstück ist von bester Qualität und sehr reichhaltig.
Auch das Abendessen, das man vorab bestellen muss, war wunderbar. Ein weiteres Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist das aufmerksame und liebenswürdige Personal. Wie haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.
