Amazing stay at Hyatt Centric South Beach! From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding.

The restaurant and pool service truly deserve special recognition. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The food was excellent, and the pool area had a great atmosphere—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day.

The hotel was spotless, with exceptionally clean rooms and common areas. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property.

The overall vibe of the hotel is modern, stylish, and welcoming. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting South Beach!

Spent 6 days at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. A strong choice for someone who prioritizes a nice room over a nice lobby/pool.

Pros included (1) nice views, (2) great location, (3) well appointed bedroom and bathroom, and (4) ability to use the gym at the neighboring Loews.

Cons included (1) we were not able to check-in at the 4pm despite that being the check-in time and being told we could do so, and (2) while there is a pool, it is not as inviting and expansive as some other hotels.

Went for our anniversary. It was close to the beach and in the middle of all of the hubbub. Ice cream and coffee shop close as well!

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. From everyone, I mean all from receptionist, the managers and breakfast team, all the to all 3 concierge team… excellent team. Hyatt centric is really located in the very hot spot of Miami Beach. All but excellent hotel.
I stay in many hotels, this is one of the best.

Great small hotel with clean rooms and very spacious bathrooms and huge windows with nice views. Location - EXCELLENT! Walking distance to all main Miami Beach attractions, very close to the beach. Beach chairs and towels are included to all hotel guests, umbrellas are extra $35. They also have complimentary bikes, which we will try next time :))

Great location, the hotel is clean but the staff are what makes this hotel, they really do go above and beyond, we will definitely return purely for how kind and helpful the staff are!

Everything was great and up to par. Zero issues on anything with check in or check out. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and well kept. The room was perfect for what I needed and had everything I needed as well.

This was our second stay here — we previously visited in January 2026 and enjoyed it so much that we chose to return when visiting the area again. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and informative, which was one of the main reasons we came back.

Our room was very clean, well maintained, and everything worked properly throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed taking advantage of the pool and beach access multiple times. Having access to towels and lounge chairs through their partner hotel was such a nice perk, and we also rented beach umbrellas during our beach days.

We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel a couple of times and both experiences were very enjoyable. The location in South Beach is excellent — we loved walking along the beach and down to South Pointe Park several times during our stay.

The hotel is also close to everything: CVS, Walgreens, many restaurants and retailers. If you forget anything at home, it’s not a big deal.

Loved my stay here! Room was comfortable with a really great shower. Access to the very quality gym across the street was awesome! Perfect location and the staff was wonderful! Thank you Caesar, Rammy, Bari, Laura, Anita and the rest! Loved my breakfast and happy hour times with you all. Can’t wait to be back!

I wanted to mention a bad experience we had with valet, specifically with Erasmo. He was pretty rude from the start, and every question we asked was answered with a bad attitude. It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly not welcome at all.
Not the kind of way you want to start your vacation. You have to know and being trained to work with tourists. If you don’t wanna deal with people on vacation, just stay home

5☆ Hands down a must visit for Miami. Perfect location for a short beach walk friendly staff and a great location makes this the perfect place to stay.

Hotel's Location is fantastic, whilst rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, clean and with good noise cancelling level. The pool area is not too big but very well maintained.
