Loved my stay here! Room was comfortable with a really great shower. Access to the very quality gym across the street was awesome! Perfect location and the staff was wonderful! I wanted to mention a bad experience we had with valet, specifically with Erasmo. He was pretty rude from the start, and every question we asked was answered with a bad attitude. It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly not welcome at all.
Not the kind of way you want to start your vacation. You have to know and being trained to work with tourists. If you don’t wanna deal with people on vacation, just stay home

5☆ Hands down a must visit for Miami. Perfect location for a short beach walk friendly staff and a great location makes this the perfect place to stay.
Hotel's Location is fantastic, whilst rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, clean and with good noise cancelling level. The pool area is not too big but very well maintained.

Housekeeping didn't clean our room after it was requested multiple times. We were reassured by the manager and other staff members that housekeeping would clean our room.
This property is priced at a premium hotel but actually was like a hampton inn. No onsite gym, so the picture they post was very leading. Guests will need to go across street to Loews to use their gym instead. Staff not warm at all and appears sleepy.
Hotel’s location is 5/5; right on Collins walking distance to the beach (they provide towels if needed). I did not use this service though it was advertised with a waiver received at check in. Hotel sits on top of a Joe and the Juice which was my go-to pick up breakfast the 3 days I was in town.
I emailed the hotel to ask for accommodations since I was coming last minute (they only had ADA rooms on the website, those should truthfully be reserved for people with handicap needs), and Vincent accommodated immediately. He also accommodated an early check in as I flew in from the west coast. I fully appreciate both are contingent upon capacity, so I did get lucky in that regard.
I really used the hotel to sleep and shower, but the location and services it provided for where it is located were great. Definitely recommend if one is in the area.
