Goed hotel op idyllische plek.
Pros:

Ok ontbijt. Erg mooie en handige locatie in het centrum van Edam.

Cons:

Beetje gehorig. Niet veel aan te doen omdat het authentieke bouwwerken zijn.

Pros:

Prachtige locatie, romantisch, sfeervol, ook het restaurant. De huisjes om te slapen waren geweldig; Oud hollandse stijl. Terug in de tijd beleving. Het terras met uitzicht op het water, de huisjes, het bruggetje, de kleine scheepswerf. Helemaal gelukkig

Cons:

Voor mijn man was het matras te zacht. De bestelling bij de lunch in het restaurant liep een beetje traag.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und wir hatten das Gefühl in einer alten "Schiffskajüte" zu übernachten.
Das Restaurant ist von der Lage her und auch vom Essen her einsame Spitze. Haben selten so gut gesgessen!

Ontbijt en diner goed verzorgd

Vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer. Voor mensen met huisstofmijt allergie niet prettig.
Bij aankomst werd niet gezegd waar onze kamer was. Dat was even zoeken, trap op trap af, kamer niet te vinden. Bleek dat die via een steegje achterom achter het hotel was…
Een klant die blind was, hij was alleen met z’n hondje, vroeg om een glas wijn. Na een half uur had hij nog niets gekregen en is hij weggegaan.
Het personeel mag wel meer aandacht hebben voor de klant, ook bij het inchecken duidelijk aangeven waar men moet zijn en eventueel naar de kamer voorgaan.
