Decepcionante: baja relación beneficio/costo
Pros:

No había wifi en la zona de cabañas (supuestamente había wifi en todo el hotel)
La ducha no calentaba. el agua salía prácticamente a la temperatura ambiente
el servicio de TV muy regular. De hecho no funcionó la mitad del tiempo
Sólo había una toma eléctrica en la habitación, la cual estaba en tan mal estado que no se pudo utilizar
El colchón parecía una batea.
la repisa donde está el TV, ubicada al lado de la puerta de entrada a la habitación, es muy peligrosa para golpearse la cabeza

Pesadilla en Paipa
Pros:

Pasamos unas terribles dos noches a causa de ruidos intensos por fiestas en hotel vecino. El desayuno no estuvo incluido y cobraron cargos hasta por el ah amooo que había en los baños. Nunca en la vida volvería a este sitio y lastima porque Paipa es una Bella ciudad. Estuvimos con un bebe y la cama era tan incomoda y estrecha que ninguno pudo dormir bien además del ruido. Terrible experiencia.

Muy bien. Muy buena atencion del staff. Es un sitio especial para quien quiera descansar y disfrutar de un fin de semana tranquilo. Vale la pena ir. Esta un poco retirado del pueblo, y ciertamente no es el hotel para ir en plan de rumba.

Nos cobraron el IVA adicional al valor que ustedes habian relacionado en la reserva. Creia ya estaba incluida. En otro hotel reservado con ustedes para la.siguiente noche me dijeron q el IVA ya estaba incluido. No entiendo

Pros:

Nos descontaron a pesar que el hotel estaba en reparación y no pudimos hospedarnos por salud de los niños. Una vergüenza que pretendan hospedar si desde la fachada está totalmente rapada por construcción
