我是這裡的常客，住宿品質一直都不錯，所以才會多次回來入住。不過有一個問題，希望飯店能夠改善。

我每次預訂的都是「含停車位」的房型，但幾乎每次要離開停車場時，櫃檯都會先要求我支付停車費，所以我每次都要說明，甚至拿出訂單證明是有包含停車位的。

我不太理解的是，櫃檯人員在辦理入住時，能確認入住姓名、房型、付款狀況等資訊，卻常常忽略是否包含停車位。既然訂單資料都有顯示，是否能在作業時多留意這個細節？

有時候客人辦理退車，就是準備出門，卻還要花時間解釋、翻出訂單給櫃檯確認，真的很浪費彼此的時間。既然前面的入住作業都已經完成了，如果能順便確認停車位的部分，相信可以讓流程更順暢，也能提升客人的住宿體驗。
