Pros:

Very clean sheets and the beds are very comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. The staff is very positive. The price is very reasonable and worth it. We will stay here whenever we need to visit Miami.

Location was great nice and quiet beds were comfortable and liked the included breakfast.

Room phone don’t work even after telling front no one came to fix it along with getting room housekeeping even after asking.
