Buena ubicación, buen habitación, pobre atención

Buena ubicación en el sector de Kendall. Habitación amplia y cómoda

Cons:

La habitación era para 4 personas (dos adultos y dos niñas) y solo nos dejaron 3 toallas y el hotel no tenía mas toallas. Tuvimos que salir a comprar una toalla.
El recepcionista (Alexander) fue muy grosera su actitud al tratar, poco colaborador y aunque hablamos perfectamente ingles, considero que una persona que trabaja para una empresa de turismo (Hotel) debería saber al menos otro idioma y no ofenderse porque se nos escape una pregunta en español. Es Miami, es Kendall, es normal, pensar que un recepcionista de hotel, hable también en español.

This area had good places nearby for food. Marlin’s Bakery down the street can’t be beat.
Pros:

Convenient to the turnpike, parking was at the hotel and it felt like a nice aafe neighborhood.
