The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay! The breakfast was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had at a Best Western. Everything was fresh, delicious, and exceeded my expectations. The wonderful hospitality and fantastic breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this location!

Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location is wonderful, you have different shopping plazas near by.
I believe breakfast can improve a lot more in flavor and quantity, at least having enough food in the pans will be great... because both days that I went pans where empty or almost empty and had to wait for it.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und die Kaffeemaschinen und der Kühlschrank waren super.
Wir haben die Waschmaschine und den Trockner viel genutzt (beides funktioniert mit Kreditkarte) und es gibt es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur weniger Minuten entfernt.
Wir haben das Hotel gebucht um sowohl die Everglades als auch Miami zu besuchen- zu den Everglades dauert es ca. 30 Minuten, zu Miami Beach ca. 45 Minuten.
Wir hatten einmal nach Poolhandtüchern gefragt (wir wurden beim Check - in extra drauf hingewiesen, dass es diese am Empfang gibt) und hatten am Empfang nur zwei sehr kleine Handtücher bekommen, die nicht mal für die halbe Liegefläche gereicht haben. Als wir daher nach mehr gefragt haben, hieß es, dass alle im Gebrauch wären, was uns gewundert hat, da wir die einzigen am Pool waren und auch in den Tagen davor keine Gäste dort gesehen hatten.
