Shower didn't drain. Toilet wouldn't flush. No Toilet paper, not enough towels. Water coming up from shower drain. Lack of friendly customer service.

Office clerk was bothered when she found out I had 2 dogs and I asked for floor level room. She had me wait while she helped other gest. Seemed rude and uncalled for.

Desayuno muy basico y solo hay 3 mesitas de dos personas para ello, algo es algo pero basico.

Cuando llegamos nos hicieron esperar más de una hora a pesar de que eran ya las 18:30 y habíamos realizado el check in online. Tenían la habitación sin hacer y no nos daban explicación alguna. Hicieron lo mismo con todos los huéspedes que llegamos ese día.
No había papel higiénico, las sábanas parecían lavadas sin jabón ni nada, el mando de la TV no funcionaba, el gel y el champú de la ducha se habían agotado… Estaba todo muy descuidado.
Parece que nadie cuida de ese hotel o los recursos que tienen para hacerlo son claramente insuficientes

We made a reservation in advance. When arrived, we checked in the room. We heard an irritating constant noise of some kind of machine (maybe washing machines?) coming from behind the wall. I went back down to the lobby and asked the clerk if it was possible to switch to a quieter room. She said only one room was available and since its window faces the ocean, I need to pay $39 more if I want to switch the room. I agreed to pay the extra amount and we moved into the other room. It was quieter room, but the condition of the room was terrible. Paints around the door were partially stripped unpainted. Dusts were collected window sill. There was no towel hanger in the bathroom. A few sets of towels were heaped in one corner of the old wash basin against the wall. Some parts of the towels were already draped into the sink. We had to move them to our bed so that they won't get wet. Towels didn't look clean and smelled house cleaning chemical stuff. The bath tub was old and the shower fixtures were difficult to control. The tub plug was missing. A used roll of toilet tissue together with a spare were placed on top of the toilet tank.

Waren um 14.40uhr (Check in 15uhr?) hier und wir wurden sehr unfreundlich gebeten noch 10min zu warten! Bei Nachfragen nach einer Toilette würde mir pampig gesagt es gibt keine und wir sollen gefälligst noch warten! Die Dame an der Rezeption wurde eingeschult was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist aber ein kurze Info darüber hätte das alles um einiges besser gemacht!! Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig! Sehr hellhörig! Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen wir sind von Best Western mehr gewohnt!!!

Rude, unprofessional, staff that were hostile and disrespectful which caused me to unsafe to stay at this motel.

They never cleaned the bathrooms, really rough bathrooms It has insects everywhere.
Not safe for kids all power cords They’re hanging everywhere outside with no protection.

The property was a little nosier at night from guests with children in our area of the property. Overall the Tradewinds offered a clean, comfortable and great location for a great value.
