Hôtel simple et confortable. Personnel discret et chaleureux.

Bon emplacement. Chambre propre.super petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Salle de bain ancienne. Matelas faisait du bruit quand on se tournait la nuit. Notre chambre sentait la peinture fraîche.

1. The room wasn't very clean.
2. The heater didn't work in room 119 and there were NO blankets in the room. The bed had a thin sheet and thin type bedspread.
3. The guests next door were super noisy, slamming doors,talking loudly both in and outside the room late at night, almost 11 p.m. When I tried to call the front desk from the room telephone pressing 0, it kept ringing another room. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. Staff did handle the complaint, but the same guests started up early the next morning, so I not only had difficulty falling asleep, I was woken up early.
4. Not enough bath towels to shower for all 3 guests. Also, 0 washclothes in the room. When I asked for more was told, "if we have some." Eventually, staff produced a few extra towels.
5. The shampoo/conditioner/bodywash bottles were empty in the shower.

For the money spent I expected at least the incidentals to meet basic standards. I feel I should be refunded for my stay. If it hadn't been such a long, exhausting day of driving over 3 hours and being at a wrestling tournament all day along with my husband coming off a night shift, I would have looked for another place to stay. I do not recommend this hotel! EVER!!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good, that's a plus.

The bathroom was too tight, and didn't like the beds, the metal on the bottom kept making noise and I could hear the noise from the other room

We enjoyed the stay. It was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Michele at the front desk was extremely nice. She had to shut off the water to the building, but let everyone know and was very professional with the issue.

Enjoyable and will stay again.
Pros:

Great location, just a block and a half from embarcadero and shopping. a Restaurants next door and down on the embarcadero. Great view of Morro Bay Rock from room window. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking area is limited and small for as many cars that park in it.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived (after 7:30pm!). That was the first clue…
Pros:

The manager was friendly.
It was close by to where I needed to be.
The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The wall heater doesn’t work.
No soap for the sink.
No mat for the bathroom floor.
Not enough towels.
In-room fridge was missing a part on the inside of the door (to hold bottles).

1 of 3 staff members was polite and helpful.

Cons:

We arrived at 6:30 for check-in and our reservation could not be found after 15 minutes or so the facility found that they canceled our reservation but a room was not ready. We had plans so I was accommodating to come back and not check into the room until nearly 9 o’clock at night When we came back the room we entered was filthy. I called the front desk. I was hung up on twice and then I received a knock at the door and was handed another key very rudely with no explanation so we transferred rooms. The next room was better but still Not noticeably clean. We left at 11:30 that night and didn’t even spend the night.

Not really happy!! The front desk help Michelle is kina rude!

The place doesn’t look like what it say on the booking and the price was changed I made a reservation for $124/ night with a sea view when I complained about it they say I booked on third party they transferred me to a partial sea view but raised the price from $ 124 to $150
