Good value for the money.
Pros:

The room was dated but clean and comfortable. (Good value for the price). The bed has metal around the bottom to the floor. Be careful getting into it. The pool and hot tub were wonderful but your key card won’t get you inside. You must go to the front desk to get a towel and have a worker walk you to the pool to get you inside. Breakfast choices were—toast, croissants, three cereal choices (fruit loops, Cheerios, flakes) or make your own pancakes.
We were accommodated with an extra hour for late checkout (we were in between games for a soccer tournament at Tuckahoe Turf Fields)

Cons:

The smell, it wasn’t very clean at all, food all down the side of the fridge. Huge stains on the pull out couches, linen

Only thing nice and clean with this property was the hot tub and that’s saying a lot

Cons:

Everything was DISGUSTING to say the least. I couldn’t even sleep the smell of the room was too pungent.

If you don't mind subpar cleanliness, come for the pool area.
Pros:

We liked the pool area and the location. We were in town for a funeral and the the services were just down the street from the hotel.

Cons:

CLEANLINESS!!! The cleanest part of the room were the beds thank God. Sheets were clean but the floors, the tub/shower, the kitchen area and the hallways were not very clean at all. Put more money into deep cleaning the rooms... we were disgusted. So glad we had shower shoes because I was not putting bare feet in that tub. I brought Lysol wipes just in case I had to clean a few things... I ended up using so many of them just to be comfortable.

Excellent places to stay at
Pros:

The price and the size of the room with a full kitchen

Cons:

Even though the police warns people of smoking pot cigarettes, we still smell cigarettes, smoke pot, smoking with some of the people staying at the location in their rooms
