Didn't get to us the steam room cause it was down during my stay and had to change in pool area cause the bathroom was too cold to change in after getting out of the pool
The staff were very rude, the rooms were filthy and not supplied with normal necessities. There was hair and makeup all over the bed, shower and pillows.

Poor seating in the pool area, breakfast was so-so.
It was an older hotel and some of the fishes showed there age
The location was convenient and the building exterior appeared maintained. Parking was accessible.
The room was not properly prepared upon arrival. There were cleanliness and condition concerns that made the stay uncomfortable. When I brought this to staff’s attention, I was told the room “wasn’t up to my standards,” which was dismissive and inaccurate — the issue was that the room was not properly cleaned or prepared.
After requesting resolution, I was repeatedly told I could “check out” rather than being offered a reasonable solution or partial refund. As a guest traveling five hours, being told to leave instead of being assisted was unprofessional and unacceptable. Management did not take accountability for the condition of the room or the handling of the situation.

All good except bathroom knob needs repair
The location was the only thing I liked. Close to my job.
The room wasn’t clean at all. The sheets were stained and the walls had mold . The guests were loud like arguing in the hallway which frightened my kids . The ice machines didn’t work and there was a mildewed smell to the hotel . Didn’t look like the pictures at all . Also the hotel tried to charge me up to extend my stay and suggested I go online so they could price match my price per night . Over charged and underwhelmed.

The hotel is in a great area, close to everything. The rooms are very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and it was quiet in the hotel and I love that it had a little store down in the front lobby in case you needed anything. We were running late because of car issues and the weather so I called to let them know and the man was very nice and understood and thanked me for calling and letting him know. Everything was just as I expected ❤️ I will be staying there again if I ever go back to that area.

Convenient location.
The room we were in had a cabinet falling off. In the “fully” stocked kitchen we had 1 plate, 2 bowls, 1 fork and 3 spoons. Had we wanted to cook something or actually use the kitchen there were no pans or anything.

BED BUGS! I did not like the first night being woke up at 12:30 AM by my husband saying he got bit by something. We flipped the lights on and looked at the sheets. And we see a bed bug. I thought it was the threading of the sheet and my husband said no it’s a bug and smashed it. I immediately wanted to leave and go somewhere else but we did not have the money to do so, the manager put us in a different room. It took us about a hour to check the beds fully to make sure it was safe for our family. Then the next day we thought we left something in the room so not thinking they would rent that room out already WITHOUT exterminating it the front desk gave my husband and dad a room key to the prior room and so they walked in and there was a family in there! What if the mom was naked?! So my husband apologized and thankfully she was understanding. The lady at the front desk said they did not treat that room because they visually checked it and didn’t find anything. They refused a partial refund. We didn’t think about checking the room/beds prior to sleeping and should have. We assumed it was great because of the heavy cleaner they use to scent the rooms/hallways etc. and we do need to make a habit of checking for stuff like this)
I apologize so long but this needs to be made aware of. I looked through all the reviews and nothing mentions anything about bedbugs. So this may be the first time they’ve had an issue or maybe no one has realized this is an issue.
