Excellent location.
Pros:

Location is excellent due to distance to any place around.

Cons:

Has to chase behind the maid to pick up trash and get fresh towels. Also the options for gluten free breakfast are very limited and the menu was exactly the same day in and day out. And one of the pillows smelled like was never washed or changed the pillowcase.

Great place to stay when visiting Orange CA
Pros:

The cleanliness and the location are perfect for a visit to old town Orange.

Cons:

The breakfast left a lot to be desired e desired. The selection was minimal compared to other Best Westerns and the food was cold.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Food could have been attended to more; kept egg bowl full, etc

Cons:

The tv. Too hard to get regular stations. Had to get the manager to switch it on. Even then , too hard to work the guide. The tv was more geared to streaming. I just wanted regular stations.

Le petit déjeuner était plutôt correct, c'est l'une des seules choses positives que nous avons à dire sur cet hôtel.

Cons:

Lors de notre road trip de trois semaines, nous avons séjourné dans une multitude de motel, qui tous, sans être luxueux étaient plutôt corrects. Un soir de fatigue, nous avons choisi ce best western, plus cher pour passer une nuit confortable. ça a été de loin la pire ! Dès le check-in, la personne de la reception nous a pris 200 euros de caution par peur que nous fumions dans les chambres ... soit ... Mais la mauvaise surprise nous attendait dans la chambre : nous avons découvert le lit complètement tachés, les draps très sales n'avaient clairement pas été changés. Quand je suis allée le signaler à la reception, on nous a transféré dans une chambre qui sentait extrêmement mauvais (encore une fois, nous connaissons les motels et avons l'habitude, mais là cetait pire que tout. Plein d'insectes morts dans la baignoire. Lasse et fatiguée, j'ai dis que nous gardions la chambre précédente mais j'ai demandé qu'on me change le couvre lit taché. Je me suis retrouvée à faire mon lit avec le monsieur de la reception dont ce n'est pas le job et qui n'avait clairement jamais fait ça de sa vie. En changeant le couvre lit, nous nous sommes aperçus que tous les draps en dessous étaient tout aussi sales et tachés. Le monsieur désespéré est allé me chercher un dessus de lit en me certifiant qu'il s'agissait d'un drap housse ! Bref devant cette mascarade et mon insistance, nous avons fini par être transféré dans une troisième chambre, avec un lit queen size quand nous avions payé pour un lit king size. Celle ci etait loin d'être propre, mais cetait la moins sale des trois alors nous l'avons gardée, avec beaucoup de regrets !

Very close to Angels stadium!
Pros:

The woman who seemingly ran the property, Johnna Jolley was fantastic. Helpful, full of information about the area and just pleasant!

Cons:

Typical best westerns are bigger properties, this one was smaller. But overall not bad at all.
