the bed was very comfortable, the value was exceptional for the area compared to other locations, and the room was spacious. The town center of Orange & Chapman University are only a 10-15 minute walk depending on how fast you walk.
it's on a busy road so it was noisy between police, ambulance and trucks and the shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap were a little tricky.
Easy check in. Close to Disneyland and free parking.
The AC was a bit loud
Nice location. Angel stadium can be visitors via OC bus 53 with credit/debit card tapped. If the Disneyland is the target destination, it can be visited via bus 53 and bus 50, transferred in ARTIC(Anaheim Traansportation Center).

Professional and friendly service, well-maintained and clean environment, good strong shower and nice breakfast, great value for the price paid. Really appreciated the extra bed so my kids can each have a bed!
A bit noisy, a lot of traffic like cop cars and trucks late into the night. Also it would be nice to have additional water dispensers throughout the facility instead of just one right at the front desk.
Room was large and very clean. Only place I could find with 3 beds. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend.
The room with the 3rd bed was not air conditioned. It did have a fan though.

I am always leary of staying in a motel where your access door is on a parking lot. But, this motel feels safe and is very friendly. The room is exceptionally clean.
The blankets on the bed are very light and pillows feel cheap and hard. I would suggest upgrading the bedding.
