Room felt dingy, managers customer service was severely lacking.

Everything was pretty good but some better than others

This place was clean and well maintained. Close to everything you need, street food every night is a 5 minute walk. Market is a 5 minute walk. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Needed our laundry done same day which was abnormal because it's next day pick up. But we were flying out early next day. She did our laundry and had it ready by 6:30 PM , highly recommend this place.

Busy little place with lots to do. Motorbike up the hills is the west

Very nice staff. Property felt very secure, you needed a key fob to enter staircase to get to your room. Very nice gym and pool area. Great views.

A well located hotel, helpful cheery staff.
Clean and nice bedroom. Great to pop in the pool to cool down.

Hotel location gave easy access to shopping, dining & transport. The hotel was well kept, housekeeping staff were thorough in the room cleaning. Great hotel. All staff friendly & assisted when asked. Will be back.

Lovely place, mainly longer term residents one to five months with some full time residents. Friendly place really suitable for older longer term visits

Have stayed at this hotel frequently for 6 years. Unfortunately this will be the last time. We were given the room closest to the road, next to a construction site and having new airconditioning installed in room next door. The noise made staying there impossible. We checked out a day early, loosing money. The management seemed not to care. After all they had their money from Hotels.com. As one of the other regular quests told me "this place has seen its day, there are plenty of better options"

The location of this property is excellent. The pool is small so we did not use it at all. The staff were very helpful with bookings.

Restaurant staff not friendly. Otherwise clean and populated with a lot of retirees. Shower pressure was poor but otherwise room was good.

Clean & spacious rooms. No frills but a great location, comfortable bed good aircon. Great shower. No complaints.

Good things...great check in, very helpful people , I was able to change my room after the first night, good view of the mountain, swimming pool on 8th floor so great views.
Bad things..terrible bed one of the worst beds I have had in Thailand and my first trip was in 2003, very noisy street right out side the room and there is a street on the other side of this hotel since it is in the middle of where 2 streets meet. Noisy fan in the bath room and no tea or coffee in the room. I had to use ear plugs when ever I was in the room and you really need them at night if you want to sleep.
So so things....elevator that went to 4th, 6th and 8th floor.

I liked the location, just south of the old city and very close to Baan bakery for good coffee and excellent pastries!

Clean and friendly. Comfortable room. Centrally located.

Could accommodate longer term stays & close to Old City

Two nights booked days in advance they couldn't find our booking and wouldn't let us use there wifi to print the confirmation. (Had to pay for wifi)
Gym and pool although advertised are not for use for people staying below level 5 which we were this is rubbish they should advise that there is additional cost for wifi, pool, gym and also ro cleaning is done weekly not daily so you don't get amenities like toilet paper clean towels water etc
