Segunda vez en el hotel y lamentablemente.nos robaron ingresaeon a la habitación robaron un cadena que dejamos bien guardada y dinero lo Peor. Fue la joven de la recepcion no solucionó nada que no podía hace nada como si nada hubiera pasado. Nos tocó llamar a la policía por nuestra cuenta porque el hotel no gestiono nada

El personal que trabaja en el hotel tuvo una excelente disposición para resolver todas nuestras dudas, el desayuno muy bueno, la ubicación en pleno centro, cerca de todos los bares y pub del sector

Localização, praticamente quase tudo se faz a pé. Bom quarto e banheiro. Boa estrutura e organização do Hotel.
Na área da piscina poderia ter guarda sol, pois o sol em Cartagena é muito forte
Muy lindo todo el hotel, incluso lo están remodelando. El desayuno está delicioso y es una buena cantidad. La cama es muy cómoda y hay agua caliente. Está cerca de todo, hay una farmacia 24 horas cerca y varios restaurantes. Iba caminando al centro histórico. Lo único es que no tiene elevador pero el staff te ayuda a subir maletas o puedes pedir una habitación en planta baja.
