Muy bien ubicado , comodo pero ruidoso

La habitación limpia y cómoda , hacen limpieza todos los días, el personal muy amable.
Muy buen ubicado.

Cons:

Es un poco ruidoso , se siente todo el ruido de la calle y el ruido que hacen en la cocina del lugar.

Pese a estar en un entorno activo y lleno de gente, el interior del hotel y la habitación es silenciosa. Me gustó mucho el detalle del jardín en la habitación

Cons:

Me habría gustado que incluyera desayuno, pero no fue una preferencia. La ubicación es buena, al principio creí que sería peligroso y por momentos en el tramo hacia el parque centenario me sentí insegura pero todo salió bien

Pros:

La atención del personal fue muy buena, y la ubicación es genial. En medio del bullicio de Getsemaní, pero sin que eso afectara el descanso

Cons:

Cuando fuimos a hacer uso de la ducha comprobamos que la misma no contaba con agua caliente. Dicho dato no está informado en la ficha de la habitación.
Es cierto que dicho detalle fue un problema los 2 primeros días que estuvimos en el hotel ya que como llovía, el agua salía fresca de más…en cambió los días siguientes que salió el sol, y calentó las cañerías, el agua estaba a una temperatura totalmente agradable.
La crítica va por el lado de que dicha información debería estar disponible .

La hubicación es excelente, esta en medio de todo y caminando llegas facilmente a cualquier lado

el sensor de la luz del baño, dura muy poco y eso hace que te tengas que estar mueve y mueve para que no se apague la luz

A pousada é bem localizada, próxima ao castelo, e a praça do relógio, o pessoal que la trabalha são super acolhedores, bem dispostos e gentis. Cama excelente, bons travesseiros, AC, Frigobar, Cofre. Sempre um cafézinho disponível.

Cons:

A pressão da água do chuveiro é muito ruim, eu disse muito ruim e podem acreditar, levando uma eternidade para se poder tomar um banho, isso me deixou decepcionado. Um dia chegou a faltar agua, mas logo foi resolvido.
