Good value great location
Pros:

Location was great. 2 minute walk to Fremantle markets. Had dinner downstairs which was good value. Even stumbled onto the comedy show which was a bonus

Cons:

Parking is hard in Fremantle not just at this hotel. We got lucky both nights and managed to score one out the front.

Pros:

The staff were great, the rooms were a good size and basics were solid. It's a lively bar downstairs but we were on the top floor and weren't too impacted, plus it's a good vibe anyway. Location in Fremantle is excellent and less than 10 minute walk to the station.

Cons:

Didn't realise that we had to signal ourselves to get our rooms cleaned but all fine. Only issue is having to pay for parking nearby everyday.

Cons:

The studio apart.ent room should not be rented as accommodation. It has 19th century soundproofing. You may as well be sitting in the bar area until 1am. It should only be let as an event space

I love the fact that it was a great location. I love the fact that it was a beautiful old renovated hotel. I love the fact that the staff were extremely friendly and cooperative and assisted me on every level and capacity that I needed on a regular basis for example I kept losing my door key and they were fine to fix it for me at a moment’s notice. I have been in many hotels around the world but I’ve never met such friendly loving caring staff as I did at the federal boutique Fremantle hotel there was so many activities going on in the hotel that you could participate in like the quiz night the dancing on Saturday night with the DJ which was amazing I dance for a long Time. The patrons were fantastic. I had such a good time and now tonight I believe I’m hoping that I’ve been accepted to do some stand-up comedy in the hotel the place has so many accessible venues like a pool room places you can just sit and talk upstairs. There is a cigar by Dolphins which I know from Subiaco. That is a very interesting place for me to participating it when and if it’s opened there’s so many different locations in this magnificent old hotel. It’s a dream to stay here and for the price is unbelievable. I’m in the rooms is nothing extraordinary. There’s minor issues but to me that’s irrelevant. I’m not in the room very much. I’m really only here to sleep so that really didn’t matter to me. There were a couple of housekeeping issues but guess what? They weren’t important nothing that I found that I’ve had Better in another place. Place did not hold any relevance towards me staying here and I want to commend. Whoever the managers are.

Great location but do not stay when band is playing. Tea room is not well supplied with plates and cutlery.

Band blasting away until 1 am Sunday morning. Only place I have stayed that provides ear plugs.
