Great location, characteristic building.
Pros:

The room was massive, and quite comfortable.
Full kitchen available but there's so much food around town so no need for a short stay.
Staff at the bar were legends for accommodating our fairly late check in 👌
The location was ideal for getting around. The ferry to Rottnest was super walkable.

Cons:

No mugs in the kitchen and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. We only stayed two nights and didn't use the kitchen anyway.

Pros:

It was very central. The room was spacious and bed was comfy.

Cons:

Had a problem with the shower head. It had to be tapped to the tikes and we had to hve wster pressure on low so it woyldn't collapse.
Staff tried to fix as best they could.
The manaer offered us a cocktail for the inconvenience as she was not sure how we could get some monetary refund as bookings.com is difficult to contact.

Great location. Walking distance to so many cool places, cafes and bars and restaurants.

Cons:

There is no parking on site, However staff mentioned a few lots close by. Just beware of the overnight parking fees!

Pros:

Great central location, comfortable bed, great vibes downstairs, helpful friendly staff

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit dated and small, not like the pictures. Wifi a bit slow. It is very loud late into the night but the earplugs are helpful. The clock out on the street chiming every 15mins was more annoying than the party music.

Staff were extremely good beer garden and rest of hotel facilities were good. Could do with a lift.

Cons:

Mattress was way to hard and pillows to soft. Chairs in room could have been more comfortable.
