Was at the front off the hotel and the noise was bad all night. Bin trucks, bottle collections, and the church bell chiming every 15 mins and extra on the hour!!

Pros:

Great location. Nice vibe...lots of indoor plants.

Cons:

Stairs only - no lift. It does make that clear, but I took more luggage than I expected, so that was a pain. Maybe a luggage room or locker downstairs would be good?

Loud and noisy
Pros:

The location within the city was good. The bed was good.

Cons:

On arrival, I was told the staff could not help me if I locked my door card in the room (they said they were not there for that and I had to go to their web page for help). The noise from the bar below, until 1 am on three nights, and 11 pm on other nights was really really loud. They did provide earplugs bythe bed! Sheets on changed and bin not emptied for 11 days. Only fit for backpackers and young party goers, and likely very good for those. Not for families or people working!

Loved the location. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.
Pros:

Our room was quite large for a pub stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient, being a short walk to everything we needed.

Cons:

Our room was 2 flights up with no lift so, it was difficult to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs however the staff did give us a hand which was great. It gets a bit noisy on Saturday night however the staff did warn us and gave us some earplugs which helped.
