ホテル周辺の飲食店が無く、コンビニも歩いて５分程度かかる。バスの便も少ない。夜市からの帰り道、バスの時刻をよく調べないと、タクシーも拾えないので歩いて帰ってくる羽目になる。

酒店精心規劃的「心之湖」，自成一個生態環境。湖中的天空和樹木倒影，而草上隨意飛翔的紅蜻蜓，享受到大自然的奧妙和滿滿的生命力。

虹橋港式點心餐廳，其道地的港式煲湯也讓久居香港的我十分驚艷。連著三晚在池畔酒吧喝的雞尾酒也是回味無窮。

入住的時候櫃台找不到訂房紀錄, 後來雖然順利解決, 櫃台人員卻於入住後的凌晨1:30左右致電詢問是否有預訂房間. 難道沒考慮時間已經是凌晨時分?第二天早上和櫃台反映, 但未能感受到飯店確實理解半夜致電房客為房客帶來的很大的打擾. 房間整體而言還算乾淨. 硬體設備維護良好. 位置鬧中取靜. 交通便利. 並可免費使用飯店提供的腳踏車. 商務飯店還有提供遊戲室. 撇開半夜被櫃台打擾的不愉快. 其餘部分還算滿意.
