Definitely in the low end of a 5-star hotel and below expectations for the price paid.
Cons:

Wi-Fi was terrible. Rooms felt cheap and tasteless for a 5-star hotel. Bathrooms were not sufficiently isolated from the room, had no separate ventilation and smelled.

SPA et piscine.

Cons:

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel censé être 5 étoiles. Le transfert aéroport annoncé sur Booking n’était finalement pas inclus, et malgré plusieurs mails et relances, aucune réponse et personne à l’arrivée.
Personnel froid, aucun anglais, aucun accueil.
Chambre sale, odeur d’égout, ménage fait 1 seule fois en 9 nuits, couvertures qui sentent la transpiration, cheveux dans les WC.
Room service erroné et désagréable.
Le spa et la piscine sont les seuls points positifs.
Clairement pas digne d’un 5 étoiles.

The atmosphere was peaceful. Common areas were nicely decorated. It managed to feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. Service was consistently friendly without feeling forced. Our room and the hotel were well cared. Breakfast was dope.

We can't find how to explain all the experience and feeling. They welcomed us so kindly and offered some drinks before our check in. Check in was also smooth and effortless. It was impressive how attentive, positive and kind everyone is. Quiet nights and great sleep at night.
