The guy at the reception needs to learn to count better. We paid in cash for dinner, he gave us back less money.
The property itself was satisfactory; however, our stay was extremely disappointing. My wife became seriously ill after consuming food provided by the hotel, and the management declined to take responsibility, instead attributing fault to us. I was compelled to contact the Australian embassy before the hotel offered a discount as a resolution. Furthermore, the conduct of the staff was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
