Ottimizzo isolamento acustico delle stanze, colazione varia, bella piscina all’ultimo piano

La vue depuis la piscine est magnifique.
La chambre est très spacieuse, très bien équipée et très jolie.
Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant chinois et aux buffets proposés par l’hôtel.
Le safari en jeep organisé avec le guide naturaliste de l’hôtel était super. Nous avons vu plusieurs dizaines d’éléphants. Ça restera un souvenir exceptionnel.
La gentillesse du personnel
La piscine est très bruyante.
La fréquentation est majoritairement familiale, il y a beaucoup d’enfants et beaucoup de cris à la piscine.
C’est dommage, notamment car le spa est situé juste à côté et que les cabines de massage sont ouvertes sur l’extérieur.
Nous avons signalé ce problème et l’hôtel a gentiment offert une réduction de 15% sur le massage. Difficile de se relaxer malgré tout.

Unable to use international adapter which was in corner of drawer in bathroom. Sink was blocked and took a long while to empty when full. Electricity kept going off.

Amazing location, we booked the lake view and it was great!! We even stayed for dinner as the rooftop pool area is so amazing-we could park our tuktuk for free, everything super professional, everybody is customer focused - best hotel so far in Sri Lanka for us!

The pillow was dirty, kettle was dirty as well
Ottima struttura in posizione perfetta, appena fuori dal centro. Piscina sul tetto e bar on Top. Camere davvero pulite e spaziose. Colazione molto abbondante e varia.
The location was fantastic - very easy to walk into town and also enjoy leisurely walks along the lake.
The staff were particularly helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were spacious with lovely views of the lake from the balcony.
The spa facilities were great too!
The a la carte dinner menu was excellent.

We just stayed one night. Room very clean bright and spacious. Good selection at breakfast. Staff very friendly. It is up a steep hill from the main area but wasn’t a problem with us but could see it would be for a longer stay. Good pizza restaurant close by.

Great breakfast. Staff were super friendly. Easy to get a tuk tuk from here to town or walk.
The closet was in the bathroom which wasn’t ideal.
Everything. Location is superb due to its proximity to city. Its full of light and airy and spacious somehow. Staff absolutely fantastic dishing out super dishes and Kandyan hospitality. Indian food was a winner and the local dishes with a Kandyan flavour was unique.
Services of Reservstions and, Front desk was superb, after a long journey you just need to rest and they ensure that with a welcome drink and a load of welcome warmth.
Also one more thing commendable, when plates get empty after the meal, the waiters clear the plates promptly, tables are always clean and orderly.
