Room was small Food was not good.Staff at the Restaurant were not helpful at all quite curt actually.The reception where we checked in had good men at the counter who were polite too.
I loved this hotel. Excellent location with a view on Kandy lake. I had coffee every morning in my balcony with a beautiful view in front of me. I highly recommend this hotel.
The check-in process was very slow though. Although the staff were nice and asked me to sit down and offered juice to me, I had to be seated for about 15 to 20 minutes just to get my room.
I walked to the lake every morning and its a few minutes away from the hotel. This hotel probably has the best view in Kandy.
Beautiful hotel. I had a nice room with a lovely balcony. The view was extraordinary and could see the majestic temple of the tooth relic. The breakfast buffet was a very nice spread. Overall, enjoyed the hotel very much.
I was served a club sandwich made of stale bread (toasted so that we dont taste the sourness) @Hotel Raddison kandy.We even fed our little baby without kowing.After the chef admitted that the bread was stale but thats all he had, the GM sends me a whatsapp telling me not to worry that he checked with chef and that the bread is not stale.It was not jist stale iit even emitted a sour smell!!! People be aware!!! #raddisonkandy

Banyo lavabo akıtıyor, duş si fonunun heryerinden du geliyor.
Göl manzaralı oda seçmiştik ama neredeyse uzaktan bile zor görünüyordu.
