The hotel is at very nice location facing the Lake and night time was great 😊. I was in honeymoon and they did a great gesture to us wish we appreciated it. Wish i could stay more but all my trip was fixed before traveling
Staff were so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good and we got lunch there also and the food was great. They have a great roof top bar with amazing views of the city. Rooms were very clean and comfortable!!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. We did not feel welcomed upon arrival at the reception,
The food quality was below expectations, with limited variety and dishes that were not tasty. Additionally, there were flies in the restaurant
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. The hotel needs to improve its guest service, food quality, variety, and restaurant hygiene.

La prenotazione non distingueva tra camera vista fiume e non fiume classificandole allo stesso prezzo. Lo staff non lo sapeva.
Excellent location (albeit a little uphill, but that means the view was great) , and the staff were very helpful. Also has two very good restaurants close by , Vitos and 'No Name'.

Breakfast was amazing. Good shower with pressure (hard to find in Sri Lanka).
Unfriendly staff ay the front desk at the time of check in.

Die Zimmer riechen sehr stark modrig. Die Möbel sind alt gammelig und abgenutzt. Den Begriff Sauberkeit und richtig Putzen ist dem Personal auch nicht bekannt.
Rundum eine Schande dass Solch ein Loch noch offen sein darf.
