Decent but don't expect a Radisson quality
Pros:

Great location, spacious room and friendly staff. The coffee was also good

Cons:

The room and bathroom were a bit worn out with lots of old furniture. The breakfast had great variety but quality wasn't the best and some of them looked a bit sad

Fine for a short stay passing through Kandy, but expensive.

The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the rooftop pool.

The best hotel in Kandy
Pros:

Great location, amazing hospitality, very good breakfast spread, clean no nonsense layout and courteous staff. One could not ask for more. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Pros:

Having breakfast at Radisson Hotel Kandy is the most pleasant experience. The food is good and a waiter by the name of Rumesh was most helpful and kind. Excellent service and great waiter! I look forward to my next visit here.

Good class Hotel in Kandy

During our one-night stay at the Radisson Hotel Kandy, we found the property to be both convenient and comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming, and we wish to particularly commend Front Office Executive Pavan, who was instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process—an asset to the hotel.
The room was well-appointed with modern facilities and amenities. The bar on the 5th floor offers an impressive view and maintains a lively, pleasant atmosphere. The service staff throughout the hotel were attentive and friendly.
However, the food quality did not meet the same standard. Both the à la carte options and the buffet breakfast were underwhelming, with the latter offering limited variety compared to other hotels of a similar class in Kandy.
Overall, the hotel provides good value for money and is a decent choice for travelers visiting Kandy. It comes recommended for those seeking a comfortable, no-fuss stay.

Un havre de paix dans une ville fatigante
Pros:

Bel hôtel, chambre agréable et bien aménagée avec petit balcon et vue sur le lac. Petit déjeuner buffet immense avec choix très varié. Personnel souriant et serviable.
