Luxury Suites Amsterdam

Great location and room overlooking the canal. The location was quiet yet central. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were upgraded! The kitchen area is fantastic (dual hob, microwave and dishwasher), the bathroom very spacious with a shower and separate huge bath! The bed is very comfortable, and it’s good to know they regularly clean and antibac the mattresses. The guy at reception was very helpful with letting us know the best areas to visit, giving us detailed map information. Overall a great stay in Amsterdam!!

Absolute 5 star rating all the way around here. The staff was so friendly and welcoming helping with anything we may need. Set up a car for us to get back to the airport after we left (you should do it, its on the water where taxis and ubers dont like to come as much).

I also forgot a laptop in the room when I left and they got it internationally mailed same day back to me. Just excellent customer service.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great service. We booked the huge imperial suite with kitchenette and living room.

We shopped at the nearby Jumbo and made our own breakfasts, enjoying watching the boats on the canal every morning.

Had a great experience staying at this place. They arranged a very comfortable ride from the airport to the hotel at a reasonable price. Upon arrival they surprised us by upgrading us to a royal suite overlooking the canal. The room was over 800 square feet, a spacious bathroom and a nice kitchenette. Breakfast was included and the espresso coffee and latte were great. The hotel did not have a restaurant onsite but it was very close walk to a variety of restaurants. Very quiet area but yet writhing close walking distance to the Centre. We practically walked everywhere. Close to two supermarkets (2 minute walk) with everything you needed. Great place, very friendly staff and 24 hour concierge.

Plenty of room. Canal view although not a sitting balcony which would have been great. About 7-8 minute walk to tram and not much further to red light area. Didn’t use kitchen. Breakfast was ok. Staff were great. Nice clean place and would return!

My wife and I chose this property over many other choices we had. Thankfully, we were rewarded with a lovely "boutique" hotel with only 24 rooms. The hotel is situated on a residential street away from the commercial areas. We were able to leave the front window of our room open and we could hear the quiet sounds of people making their way about the city. The room was one of the nicest and largest rooms we ever stayed at. There was a kitchenette, dining area, TV area , living room and large bedroom with a king-sized bed. The only downside of the hotel is given its size, the breakfast buffet was lacking. The staff was very attentive and helpful, making dining options as well as directions to the sites. I highly recommend staying here when you decide to visit this lovely city.

The staff was very helpful. They recommended a French restaurant in the neighborhood and booked the dinner reservation for me. I received a room upgrade that was very spacious, had a king size bed was very comfortable, had a rain shower head and handheld, and had a wonderful canal view. The hotel is in a quiet section of the City Centre and overall I had a very good experience at Luxury Suites Amsterdam.

Great Service from the minute we entered the hotel, all the staff are very friendly, polite & on hand to help with anything you may need. We was upgraded to the Royal suite which I was very grateful for as this room is stunning with beautiful views across the canal.
I have stayed here 4 times previously and it has not changed, it is always a great stay in a good location, the only thing that has changed is the breakfast which I would suggest changing back to the A La Carte as the buffet was a letdown.

Spacious room with lounge and dining area along with kitchenette. Beautiful large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Some technical issues with first room meant we moved to a different room after first night which staff organised immediately.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about Amsterdam. They recommended a restaurant that i would never have visited and it was a highlight of the trip. I would definitely recommend staying when visiting Amsterdam.

Very very pleasant stay. Room is very spacious and the hotel is on a quiet street facing the canal, while minutes walk away from touristy spots.

Quit, clean, but lacks a restaurant in house

The hotel was nicely appointed and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The street parking was very expensive and would have been nice to have been told about the cheaper options right around the corner at check-in. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

very nice place. one unique thing i found was in the elevator the ground floor is zero and the basement level is -0 a bit strange.

Great staff and hotel all around

The staff was excellent as well as the rooms were first class. We were provided excellent recommendations for sights to see and places to eat.

The staff was super kind and friendly, it is a fairly decent hotel but not excellent or equivalent to VIP status. Breakfast was not impressive at all. They do not allow cigarette smoking, which is fine, but allow guests to smoke marijuana. The hallway smelled really bad.
