Pros:

Good location, close to Heraklion city and the Airport (15min drive), the beach, supermarkets, etc.
The staff is very kind. The food during breakfast and dinner was very good as well, with a mixture of international and Greek dishes.

Un bel hôtel en fin de saison ! Des professionnels adorables

La gentillesse des professionnels, l’accueil, les locaux et sa situation géographique

Cons:

L’isolation phonique dans les chambres …. Inexistante !
Le fait que nous avions réservé jusqu’au lundi mais que l’hôtel fermait le dimanche ! Il a fallu que nous changions d’hôtel. Même si l’organisation de ce transfert a été bien faite, pourquoi accepter les réservations au delà de la fermeture ??

Gezellig hotel met een leuke binnenplaats aan de pool. Strand op korte loopafstand.
Pros:

Receptiepersoneel zeer behulpzaam! Bediening in het restaurant kan beter. Geen optimale communicatie onderling. Ruim gevarieerd ontbijt. Gezellige zitjes rond het zwembad. Na het diner tijd voor gezelligheid daar. Beide avonden een optreden.

Cons:

Waarschijnlijk overboekt. Geen van de 4 kamers op de begane grond, maar op een verdieping. Eveneens niet dicht bij elkaar. Er werd excuus aangeboden en de aangeboden kamers voldeden wel, maar was niet wat we geboekt hadden.

Fechei com All inclusive, a comida estava boa, mas os refrigerantes muito ruim à qualidade. Precisei
Funcionários pouco cordiais, tiravam toda a comida antes de terminar o horário e apagavam as luzes com os hóspedes ainda comendo.
Mas é um ótimo local para se hospedar.
O chef muito simpático!

Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war ok, wobei man bei den Temperaturen sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht hat. Das Essen war auf das internationale Publikum ausgerichtet und hatte eine reichliche Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die beiden Hausmeister täglich im Einsatz um das auch so beizubehalten. Lediglich die Gemeinschaftsräume und das Foyer bräuchten mal neues Mobiliar und die dort vorhandenen Sanitären Einrichtungen könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dorthin fahren.

Pros:

Repas servi en buffet, chambre spacieuse et plage a 1 mn de l hôtel. Personnel tres attentif et la personne de la réception qui parle français est d une gentillesse. Tres pratique les excursions au départ de l hôtel

Struttura ideale per coppie e famiglie, bella, ben tenuta e completa di tutto.
Ottima posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Receptionist e staff della colazione e pranzo eccezionali! Disponibili e sorridenti.

Cons:

Lo staff della sera purtroppo si è rivelato invece molto molto maleducato, in particolare una ragazza, davvero sgarbata, credo la sorella di un'altra ragazza di nome Maria, anche lei cameriera, che continuava a sbuffare ad ogni cliente per ogni richiesta.
In pratica i ragazzi della sera erano insofferenti al fatto di dover lavorare.
Pizzaiolo a parte, gentile e sorridente!
Inoltre nella formula All Inclusive la qualità delle bevande alcoliche ed analcoliche era veramente scarsa.
