Todo bien, solo los alrededores, pero es una zona industrial, no es peligroso.

Localização setor industrial, chuveiro somente frio. Quarto de frente ao corredor principal, todos que passavam e faziam qualquer barulho, se escutava.

Súper nice

No phone in room, fridge had to be requested, internet connection was absent at times, and when available signal was very week.

Comida incluida… pero echada a perder… fruta pasada y con hongos.

I stayed here a couple of years ago and the place was really nice now its starting to become a run down building and the maintenance is lacking. The handle cover was missing, no mirror on the door and a bunch of little things. The overall building was subpar. I wont be coming back here anytime soon.

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, accommodating staff

DO NOT STAY HERE. NO HOT WATER AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. MY 1ST TIME IN CARTAGENA AND THIS PLACE RUINED MY VACATION. TOWELS WERE STAINED, I USED MY TRAVEL TOWEL. THE REFRIGERATOR IS SO DIRTY OR RUSTED. THEY NEVER HAD BASIC HOT DRINKS THE 2TIMES I WENT DOWN THERE FOR BREAKFAST. ON CHECK IN, YOU WON'T GET NO INFORMATION ABOUT LOCATION OF BREAKFAST AND WIFI . I NEEDED THE WI-FI WHEN MY MINUTES RAN OUT, AND IT DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM. NO ENGLISH SPEAKERS AND IT'S FAR FROM THE TOURIST AREA. THEY CHARGE SOME RANDOM FEE CALL INSURANCE WHEN YOU GET TO THE FACILITY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Probably I wasn't in my best day of luck, but let me share an advise. If you ever get to a place to find a toilet plunger next to the toilet, air condition faulty, light in the bathroom RM304 drops when the room door is closed; don't think mayhen is coming, you're already there. At first glance the facilty looks really nice, but when you get the feeling of the stay on few details maintenance staff obviously overlooks, the feeling isn't the best. And then, the staff specially the restaurant staff has a first place in disregard for customer service, or perhaps was just personal.

The location of the hotel, it is very dangerous! In the report on the picture's shown are not very accurate

The only con to the hotel is that it lacks hot water when you take a shower and it's outside of the tourist area.

Very clean hotel and amazing staff, and quite affordable too. Thanks for all the help in getting through Cartagena, especially for someone who speaks no Spanish!! My only problem was lack of hot water in the bathroom

The hotel is very far from everything. The Staff were friendly and kind. The hotel facilities are OK and the breakfast very simple.

Hotel is pretty nice for the price. Area is sooooo sketchy! Not safe to walk in day let alone night. An half hour cab to centro for about 12000 COP.

Located far away from the Historic Centre and main tourist attractions. Not good to walk around. You will need to invest more in transportation.
Breakfast was not good, no different choices, small portions.
Staff was good.

Hotel has good and pretty new infrastructure, but it is far away from the Historic Centre, in the Industrial Zone. We were advised by the hotel staff not to walk around the area. You need to move in taxi cabs or Uber because buses are not recommended. You may consider renting a car and try to move by yourself, being careful with bikes, motorcycles and bus drivers.
Breakfast was not good enough and portions were small.
The lady receptionist (sorry, I don't remember her name) and the boy in charge of carrying the luggage and opening the gate at night were the kindest! Good job from them!
Accommodations were very comfortable, though.

Good hotel to stay at if you have business in the port area. Facilities are limited but the staff are very good and the place is clean. Very competitively priced.

The hotel does not have hot water. So you're going to take cold showers. Also breakfast was supposed to be included, however whenever I went down to the restaurant there was no one there to serve any breakfast. Also the location is awful, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to the beach and there are no restaurants close to the hotel. I was supposed to have a suite but I have no idea why they call it a suite. There was nothing special about the room. I booked and paid for 4 days but I left after two nights.

We didn't eat breakfast, because we left so early. This hotel is out of the way of the old city, but if you drive or don't mind using taxis, it's prety good.
