Nous sommes extrêmement déçus d'être venus dans votre hôtel !

Nous sommes venus dans votre hôtel pour dormir proche de l'aéroport pour un vol tôt... pas pour passer la nuit en boîte de nuit !!! 

Nous avons appelé 6 fois la réception pour faire baisser la musique du 6eme étage dès 21h pour pouvoir dormir, nous devions nous lever à 3h30. Les 3 heures qui ont suivi ont ete infernales... nous avons même enregistré le bruit entendu dans cette chambre du 4eme étage, c'était infernale.

Nous avons même convenu avec le réceptionniste que nous ne paierons pas la chambre à cause de ce désagrément.

Mais ce matin à 4h le réceptionniste n'a rien voulu savoir ni écouté, et il nous a menacé en appelant la police et en nous traitant comme des menteurs et des voleurs avec l'agent de sécurité !

Nous avons fini par payer pour ne pas rater notre avion !

Mais plus jamais nous ne remettrons les pieds dans votre hôtel et nous n'allons pas nous gener pour raconter à tout va cette histoire !

En commençant par faire une réclamation à Booking.

Worst hotel I stay in ever . If any one book there they need to check before they pay any money .
Pros:

The hotel was not clean and bad smell in the room

Cons:

Every thing . I arrived 11pm to have rest . But the music was so load and the room was so dirty I just sit for 5 mins in the bed than my skin start itching I thing they use the rooms for ……… any way I couldn’t stay I left after 10 mins they don’t give me my money back .went to other hotel called Carlton was so clean and nice

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service, friendly staff, and great facilities

From the moment we arrived until our last day, everything was excellent. The reception team was very helpful and welcoming
Mohamed at the reception was especially helpful and gave us great recommendations and useful advice during our stay. We also had a very positive experience with everyone in the breakfast area, rooftop, and other hotel services

The breakfast was complete, fresh, high-quality, and had a good variety of options. We also really enjoyed the rooftop events in the evenings, which added a nice atmosphere to our stay

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also large and very clean. The shower had strong water pressure, and we had no problems with hot or cold water. Room service and housekeeping were excellent as well. The lady who took care of our room was particularly kind, friendly, and always welcoming

Having parking available was also a great advantage for us
