Check in for this property was lengthy with payment facilities not working. Parking was very tight. The room was difficult to access and not advertised to be on level one. The main slider door was damaged and unable to be locked. The TV didn't work, and the room was very old with noticeable maintenance required. Bedding was sparce and the covers stained. Extra blankets were very old and pilled. It felt like ones was staying in a teenage boys room. The bathroom was old and towels thin. Roosters nearby obviously out of the properties control

Extremely small bathroom and chipped cupboards and no oven in the executive apartment. Very tired looking and needs a refresh for the amount to stay there.

This room needs some TLC, the kitchen cupboards are falling apart & don’t close, another coach would be great, kitchen equipment was dirty & lack of. Was glad to leave after our stay.

Spacious lovely two bedroom, open plan

Got us a portacot for our baby but we didnt end up using it as baby slept in bed instead
Single bed in room was broken and sunk down in one end (was on blocks and the bed came off them that's how we found out about it)
Neighbor who was staying next to us parked nearly outside of our garage and I nearly took the fence out trying to get my car out (no fault of the host)
at the time we were the only people staying there that night, room clean,beach across the road from apartments, A/C unit noisy.
strange being the only ones there but made to feel welcome

We have family close by to you. This is the only reason .
Little things need attention! Plug hole in basin, spare blanket has marks on it, kitchen chairs filthy, a small knife needed(the carving knife there was blunt and useless),heat pump makes a horrid noise, tv remote batteries move,ranch slider needs all grease/oil cleaned out of it, and cutlery 1 soup spoon and 1 desert spoon???

Great that it’s walking distance too the beach, decent size apartment, little terrace space was nice too, it has great potential just really needs serious maintenance and a good clean
Couldn’t lock doors, someone I was staying with had to get a screw driver and fix something just to be able to get one too atleast lock, door handles falling off, shower head falling off, taps lose, wooden floor needed vacuuming and mopping, things felt dingy and dirty, etc
