Ho avuto problema con la camera e prontamente è stata sostituita. Al termine del soggiorno, per questo problema, sono state offerte colazioni. Apprezzatissimo

Un soggiorno veramente confortevole
Pros:

La posizione e la libertà garantita da un accesso alla stanza molto autonomo. Le camere sono comode, bello il bagno, spazioso e completo di asciugacapelli. Letto molto comodo.

Cons:

Se proprio vogliamo trovare qualche cosa che può essere migliorata sono la disponibilità di parcheggi e la cosa più semplice, l'accensione delle luci delle zone comuni, spesso ho dovuto fare molti passi al buio prima di essere rilevato dai sensori.

Це не готель 4 зірки. Це жах. Ввечорі не було гарячоі води. Звукоізоляція...чутно,як дихає людина за стінкою. Запах дуже не приємний в номері.Мусорне ведро-розміром з наперсток. Комфортності ноль

Pros:

Obiekt bardzo ładnie prezentuje się z zewnątrz, w środku nie jest już tak dobrze. Widać na nim ząb czasu.
Z plusów na pewno to, że znajduje się przy samym przystanku. Recepcja bardzo miła.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro città.

Cons:

L’esperienza è stata rovinata da una cattiva gestione dei servizi offerti.
L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio interno, motivo principale per cui l'avevo scelto. Durante il soggiorno, un altro ospite aveva occupato abusivamente ben due posti auto con la propria vettura, rendendomi impossibile parcheggiare.
Ho dovuto quindi cercare un posto libero all’esterno.
La disattenzione della direzione e la mancanza di rispetto da parte di certi clienti compromettono notevolmente la qualità del soggiorno. Non ci tornerò.
Inoltre le condizioni della camera erano pessime, lavandino otturato, saliscendi della doccia danneggiato.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable. La instalaciones están muy bien para ser un hotel pequeño, incluye sauna y piscina climatizada. El desayuno también es muy completo.

Cons:

La ubicación es lejana del centro de Olbia por lo debes coger el coche para visitar lo principal. Afortunadamente hay parking gratuito cerca.
También te viene bien para salidas fuera de la Ciudad.

Hôtel proche de l'aéroport, du centre ville OLBIA et dans un environnement agréable. A recommander.
Pros:

Personnel très avenant, soigné, chambre et salle de bain fonctionnelles. Balcon spacieux. Etablissement calme et très bien entretenu intérieur et extérieur. Accès aéroport rapide et à 20min en voiture.

Cons:

Peu de place pour se garer dans la rue de l'hôtel en soirée (car restaurant à proximité de l'hôtel).
