La proximité de la ville est facile en bus, restaurant tout près à pied
La vétusté de l'hôtel heureusement que le personnel est la
Bagno spazioso. Aria condizionata. Posizione hotel fuori dal caos del centro ma ben collegato. Un paio di ristoranti adiacenti all’hotel.
Ho inoltre apprezzato la gentilezza del portiere
Letto quasi incastonato in una nicchia (su entrambi i lati lo spazio tra letto e muro inferiore a 30 cm). Per comodino una mensolina precaria. Televisione appesa storta. Insonorizzazione della stanza non proprio valida.
Scarsa manutenzione di piccole cose ( porta rotolo carta igienica, tappo lavandino)
…segnalo anche la scomparsa di un piccolo dolce dal frigorifero…un peccato, veniale, di gola?

Desperfectos varios en las habitaciones “supuestamente nuevas” según recepción y ascensor solo hasta la segunda planta (hay 3 plantas). El parking en rampa.

Good for one night after a late flight. Ok to find, reception closed but key as arranged. Breakfast is 2-3/5.
Parking may need a little effort or a 3-minute walk. Drop-off is ok.

De plus, ayant oublié mon téléphone le jour de mon départ, le personnel s est attaché à me le rendre dans les plus brefs délais , et toujours dans une notion de sécurité! Encore mille mercis pour tout vous avez été géniaux!!
L'ottima posizione per raggiungere località turistiche e balneari con facilità.
La relativamente poca silenziosità a causa del limitato isolamento rispetto alle camere adiacenti.
Nel complesso un soggiorno discreto. La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda, con diversi servizi nelle vicinanze, e rappresenta una buona soluzione per chi desidera avere tutto a portata di mano.
Peccato però per alcuni aspetti legati alla gestione e all'organizzazione, che con un po' più di attenzione potrebbe rendere il soggiorno decisamente migliore. La struttura ha sicuramente delle buone potenzialità, ma manca quella cura nella gestione che ci si aspetterebbe. Un esempio riguarda la colazione, alla reception ci è stato comunicato un pezzo di €15 a persone per poterla prenotare, mentre in camera era indicato un costo di € 8 a persona. È comprensibile che in alta stagione possano cambiare le tariffe, ma sarebbe sufficiente aggiornare le informazioni presenti in camera per evitare confusione e dare al cliente indicazioni chiare e coerenti. Una discrepanza di questo tipo non trasmette certamente un'immagine di grande professionalità. Anche la tassa di soggiorno ci ha lasciati perplessi, € 4,50 a persona ci è sembrato un importo piuttosto elevato soprattutto considerando che sempre in Sardegna, in altre strutture abbiamo pagato € 2 a persona. In conclusione, la struttura avrebbe tutte le caratteristiche per offrire un ottimo soggiorno con una gestione più organizzata, maggiore attenzione alla comunicazione dei prezzi e a qualche accorgimento in più, l'esperienza potrebbe essere sicuramente di livello superiore.
