Rooms are located on the first floor of a building with no elevator.

There is a possibility to reserve a transfer from or to Prague or Karlovy Vary Airport. Please contact the hotel reception for reservation.

El desayuno y la recepcion 20H.

Cons:

Lo que sinceramente nos pareció un engaño, es que un hotel ubicado en las montañas en mitad de la nada, que tiene SPA y campo de GOLF, te cobre el parking, creo que es un servicio que debería ir incluido en el precio.

Por otra parte, la temperatura del agua de la piscina era muy baja.

"Siendo mi segunda vez en Republica Checa, en 10 años, en general he observado que si han aumentado bastante los precios, pero el trato en general al turista ha empeorado bastante tanto en hoteles, museos"

Pokoj byl dost přetopený a nešlo to vypnout ani vyvětrat.

Klasse Hotel in idyllischer Lage
Pros:

Die Lage, die Ausstattung und das überaus freundliche Personal.
Es ist alles da, was man braucht - theoretisch muss man das Hotel gar nicht verlassen.

Ein tolles Hotel, das gesamte Personal sehr,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr mega lecker und für jeden Geschmack was dabei.
Der Spa Bereich und vorallem die Thai Massage war hervorragend.
Lage des Hotel sehr gut Ruhig und man ist trotzdem schnell in Karlsbad.
Die Abende kann man gemütlich an der Bar genießen.

Geschirr am Buffet nicht sauber, sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Fitness und Spa Bereich, zu wenige Liegen, Sauna sowie Dampfbad sehr klein für die Anzahl der Gäste, Swimmingpool zu kalt, in Summe kein gemütlicher Spa Bereich. Bettdecke hatte einen großen gelben Fleck. Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht regulieren, viel zu warm.
