Nix für uns!
Pros:

Die Umgebung und der Wellnessbereich waren ganz gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit! ganz klar die Sauberkeit! Das Foto von der Couch spricht bände.
Wir hatten HP gebucht - alles 0815, alles einfallslos und das Inventar war "wie gesammelte Werke". Besteck, Geschirr und Stühle, alles passte nicht zusammen. an einem Tisch mit 6 stühlen waren 4 unterschiedlich. An den grossen Aussenfenstern lagen überall tote Insekten, hat niemand interessiert.
Auf dem Weg vom Wellnessbereich zum Zimmer wurden wir beinahe von Schmutzwäsche "erschlagen", da diese im Treppenhaus von oben nach unten geschmissen wurde. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt.
Der Parkplatz musste auch extra bezahlt werden, haben wir vorher nirgends gelesen.

Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Ist aber unserer ganz persönlicher Eindruck und Anspruch an ein Hotel.

Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten im Grünen ca. 12 km vor Karlsbad
Bei der Hitze mit offenem Fenster geschlafen, man hat nichts gehört und Mücken hatte wir auch nicht

Cons:

Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam
Hotel ungepflegt von außen: sehr viel Unkraut und zugewuchert, Zuwegung über schlechte Straße
Nebengebäude Driving Range/ Abschlagplatz sahen wir aus wie außer Betrieb, die Farbe vom Dach beim Caddy House total abgeblättert
Flecken im Teppich auf dem Flur und in den Gängen und auf dem Zimmer
Zimmer und Bad zu klein und nur Ventilator und keinen Klimaanlage. Man könnte diesen nicht ausstellen ohne die Stromversorgung zu unterbrechen
Balkon ungepflegt und Holz und Wände renovierungsbedürftig, Tisch und Sitzmöbel waren nicht abgewischt
Mücken Netze und Sitzkissen erwartet man eigentlich in so einem Ambiente

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr ansprechenden Lage
Pros:

Die sehr gute Lage und die Ausstattung sowie das sehr ansprechende Abendessen. Eine kleine Auswahl für alle, was dabei und sehr anspruchsvoll zubereitet.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Meines Erachtens aber unterbesetzt. Die Service-Hilfen am Morgen hatten kein Auge für die Gäste und hatten auch das grüßen verlernt.

Great hotel, bad air conditioning
Pros:

Hotel is overall really good - surrounding is amazon, great locations, rooms r cozy and clean, and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Only issue was the air conditioning. It was summer with 30 degrees- and it basically did not work in most rooms. We booked 3 rooms and had to move 3 times because of this, and eventually most hotel rooms we were offered had same issue. Staff really tried to help with moving us around, but were unable to get technical staff to fix the core issue.

So if weather is not expected to be extra hot - this is a wonderful hotel.

Pros:

Krásné bylo okolí a výborné bylo jidlo. Wellness take pěkný. Živa hra na klavír.

Cons:

Nepořádek na schodištích, špinavé nádobí u večeře, špinavé příbory, špinavé slánky a pepřenky. Pro nápojový lístek jsme si museli po 15 minutách dojít sami. Na pokoji při příchodu kolem 18:00 hod, bylo 32 stupňů, bez možnosti ochlazení, je tam pouze ventilace, ta teplotu snížila do rána na 28. Tedy jsme nespali...... když jsme chtěli alespoň koukat na TV, bohužel nefungovala, ani telefon na recepci nebyl funkční dokud jsme ho nepřepojili do vedlejší zásuvky, bohužel na recepci nam řekli ze nevi jak je TV zapojená a jak funguje. Bohužel celkový dojem je za nás špatný.

Alles war toll
Pros:

Mir hat wirklich alles gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Lage ist hervorragend und die Natur wunderschön. Ich genieße meinen Aufenthalt hier!

Ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας!! Το καλύτερο μέρος για χαλάρωση και αποτοξίνωση.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν μαγική, ένα μέρος ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο όπως και η καθαριότητα!! Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από ολεσ τις παροχές και το spa. Ξανά βρήκαμε τον εαυτό μας σε αυτό το μέρος και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!!! * Το πιάνο τα απογεύματα απλά μαγικό.
