Goed verblijf voor een bezoek aan Karlovy Vary
Pros:

Heel rustig gelegen, ruime kamer. Het zwembad was een bonus. Zeer goede ontvangst aan de incheckbalie.

Cons:

Wij hadden half pension geboekt maar daar hadden we heel snel spijt van. Het eten was niet lekker en het restaurant mocht naar mijn mening iets gezelliger zijn.
Het hotel heeft misschien nood aan een frisse adem. Het terras aan onze kamer had dringend nood aan herstelling. Planken lagen los en je moest dus heel voorzichtig zijn om erop de lopen.

Mystisches Karlsbad...
Pros:

Nutzung von Sauna und Pool inbegriffen und es war absolut nichts los. Personal war bemüht Mängel zu beheben. Restaurant war gut und das Menü, netter Kellner und Frühstücksbuffet war auch top. Schöne Natur drumherum und Ausblick, der etwas mystisches hat. Golfplatz können wir nicht bewerten, da es nur eine Zwischenübernachtung für uns war.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir nicht eher das Zimmer beziehen und mussten eine Stunde warten. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer vorhanden und den TV musste man auch erst richtig anschließen. Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber und es musste das Reinigungspersonal nochmal kommen, aber da hätte man selbst besser den Lappen nehmen können. Es sah aus als wäre das Bettlaken mit einem großen Fleck versehen, doch es war auf der Matratze drunter, was durch das Laken schien. Allgemein ziemlich staubig, Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon nicht geleert, Glasräder auf dem Tisch und Fußabdrücke auf dem weißen Teppich. Finnische Sauna war extrem heiß und trocken und man konnte kaum auf den dazu bekommenen Laken sitzen, da die Bank so heiß war, weshalb nur 5 min Durchgänge möglich waren. Kein Personal in dem Bereich zu sehen. Die zugebuchte Massage war sehr gut👍

War ok muss ich aber nicht mehr hin

Im Großen und Ganzen ok

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren auf dem hellen Teppichboden sehr große dunkle Flecken und der Holz-Dielenboden auf dem Balkon morsch, die Schrauben sind Zentimeter rausgestanden. Die Stühle im Restaurant fleckig dreckig, die Ecken im Essbereich voller toter Fliegen, ich habe dem Service dazu auch Bescheid gegeben.

Relaxing stay with some disappointments
Pros:

Very nice location, good breakfast and overall a very pleasant and relaxing space.

Cons:

It is practically impossible to contact anyone by phone. Including when already checked in and calling from the room. Every phone number available is met by their AI assistant Tolla. Not only is this bloke extremely annoying and quite useless, but it feels like he was programmed to discuss with you, why you don’t need to speak to a real person. Overall a communicative nightmare. Most likely a result of the hotel being understaffed.

Also the golf course has been neglected. Fairways burnt and very hard. Very sad. Definitely not worth the almost 100€ greenfee.

Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Natur mit einem fantastischen Blick von der Terrasse und aus dem Schwimmbad ist außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Personal ist nicht aufmerksam. Es werden keine Teller abgeräumt, auf Getränke wartet man ewig, diese muss man selbst an der Bar bestellen.
Auf der Terrasse werden keine Tische abgewischt, man sitzt auf alten fleckigen Stuhlkissen, sofern man es an einem anderen Tisch holt.
Schimmel und unangenehmer Geruch vom Badlüfter ausgehend. Teppich im gesamten Hotel wurde über Tage nicht gereinigt.
Auswahl an Frühstücksbuffet ist okay. Gemüse und Obst vom Vortag, nicht frisch. Buffet ab kurz nach 9 wie leergefegt.
Keine Klimaanlage, in unserem Zimmer waren 31°.
Driving Range schön gelegen, wirkt aber wie ein Lost Place.

Pokud nejedete na golf ale na wellnes pobyt, vyberte si opravdu jinde

Lokalita a golfové hřiště jsou na hezkém, příjemném místě.

Cons:

Rozsah a kvalita služeb naprosto neodpovídá ceně. Hotel jako takový není moc udržován. Wellness je tragické, nefungují správně sprchy, odpočívárna je velmi strohá, bez prostěradel a nikdo se se během pobytu nestaral o úklid. Restaurace je formou bufetu bez jídelního lístku. Prostory restaurace neuklizené. Personál zřejmě brigádníci, bez zájmu o hosty ani chod restaurace. U snídaně nečekejte dobrá míchaná vejce ani kávu, ale standardní rozsah nabídky je jinak dispozici. Pokoje jsou se stropním ventilátorem sice s klimatizací, jejiž účinnost je však velmi nízká a během pobytu se nepodařila snížit teplota ani o stupeň celsia. Koberce na pokojích jsou s množstvím skvrn stejně jako na postelích, vyčistit či vytepovat by si dávno sasloužily. Pokud nejedete přímo na golf, ale plánujete wellness pobyt, klimatizovaný pokoj, večeře v restauraci a dobré snídaně či vstřícný personál, tak si opravdu vyberte jinde.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Sehr modernes, gepflegtes Hotel mit familiären Flair. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war optimal. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und konnte sehr gut englisch bzw. sogar Deutsch. Zu betonen ist, dass beim Frühstück sogar glutenfreie Alternativen angeboten wurden.

Cons:

Am Abend wirkte das Personal an der Bar ein wenig gestresst.
