Rooms are located on the first floor of a building with no elevator.

There is a possibility to reserve a transfer from or to Prague or Karlovy Vary Airport. Please contact the hotel reception for reservation.

Pros:

Ubytování předčilo mé očekávání. Personál byl velmi ochotný a vstřícný. Spalo se nám velice dobře. Celkově musíme říct, že se nám pobyt velice líbil. Na pokojích byly župany s bačkůrkami k dispozici do wellnessu.

Cons:

Nemohu nic vytknout.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen gern wieder :-)
Pros:

Das Frühstüch war sehr vielfältig und sehr gut.
Der Wellnessbereich ist schön. D
as Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber OK.
Da wir den größten teil des Tages ausser Haus und dann am Abend im Saunabereich waren, hat es nicht so sehr gestört.

Pros:

Skvělá poloha, velmi příjemný personál na recepci i v restauraci, čisté pokoje i wellness zóna.

Cons:

Trochu nás zaskočila absence vody na pokoji. Kolem 18:00 došla voda i čaj v saunové zóně a již nebyly doplněny, ačkoli sauna funguje až do 21:00. Ráno byla v provozu pouze parní lázeň.

Отель расположен в хорошем месте, сауна была отличная, бассейн тоже очень хороший, красивая зона для приема пищи.

Девушка из ресепшена - Daniella 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Испортила нам всё пребывание за 1 час и на весь день вперед мы остались под ужасным впечатлением!
Так же испортила день рождения! 😒

Wellness und Essen waren fantastisch auch die Gegend am Wald war sehr schön

Die Betten waren leider nicht so gut, da die Matratzen ständig rutschten, ansonsten war alles super

Отель для тех, кто ищет уединения на природе.
Pros:

Находится отель в дикой природе, вдали от курорта Карловы Вары. Надо ехать на местном поезде 12 мин. Станция рядом с отелем, проезд всего 1 евро. Большая территория вокруг, есть где погулять. Хороший бассейн, джакузи, обзорные окна, с видом на лес, несколько видов саун, места отдыха, вода, чай. Почти всегда я была там одна. Завтрак обычный, хотя довольно разнообразный, опять же Просеко подают с утра. Обеденный зал с видовыми окнами, красиво. При бронировании я брала дополнительно ужин, получилось недорого. Для тех кто захочет горячего: мясо, рыба, курица. Без изысков. Напитки все за доп. плату. Заселили раньше времени, очень приятный администратор, распечатала расписание поезда.

Cons:

Номер маловат. Минимализм. Желательно добавить информацию на БУКИНГ как доехать из Карловых вар для клиентов без машины.
