Wir würden wieder kommen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat uns als gesundheitsbewusste Menschen sehr erfreut. Verschiedene Müslisorten, Haferflocken, kokosflocken, Trockenobst, Saaten, Nüsse, täglich frische Obstsorten, tschechischer Quark und Joghurt, Verschiedene Brotsorten, Wurst und Käse, Spiegeleier, ab und an Rührei, Würstchen, Schinken, BakedBeans….. Drei verschiedene Obstsäfte, Tee und Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten, 3 Kuchensorten.
Für Laktoseintolerante Reisende gibt es keine Milchalternative, aber das ist vllt auch typisch deutsch und weniger in Tschechien vertreten.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Die Sauna (95 Grad), Dampfsauna und Kräutersauna (50-60Grad) haben wir ebenfalls genutzt, Ruheraum und Ambiente laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein.

uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, Ambiente, Sauna, Zimmer, Essen, alles war gut.

Cons:

Leider wird im Flur vermutlich öfter mal Bleiche oder Chlor verschüttet, was viele Flecken auf dem Teppich im Flur hinterlassen hat.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Завтрак был разнообразный, отдельно хочется отметить действительно вкусный кофе — для нас это важно. В номере были очень удобные кровати, мы отлично выспались.

Спа-зона тоже порадовала: четыре разные бани, есть из чего выбрать и расслабиться. В номере было чисто, всё аккуратно, и приятный запах создавал ощущение уюта.

Персонал дружелюбный и внимательный. В целом остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием можем рекомендовать этот отель.

Cons:

Грязные окна в бассейне. Отсутствие коктейлей и высокая цена на массаж.

Schönes Wellnesshotel mit Luft nach oben beim Service

Die Hotelanlage an sich sowie die Lage des Hotels und die Massage hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die in den Zimmern installierte Heizungsanlage machte durchgehend Geräusche (lautes Rauschen auch nachts bei ansonsten traumhaft ruhiger Hotellage). Uns wurden mehrere andere Zimmer zum Tausch angeboten - jedoch in jedem das gleiche Problem.
Zum Thema Sauberkeit: Unser Waschbeckenabfluss war bei Anreise verstopft - dies wurde von den Reinigungskräften offensichtlich bis dato nicht (beim Reinigen?) bemerkt.
Das Abendessen der mitgebuchten Halbpension hatte Kantinenniveau...z.T. zerkocht, ungewürzt oder schon zu trocken (Fleisch und Fisch wellten sich nach oben).
Am enttäuschendsten war das Frühstück (von 7:00 - 11:00). Als wir am 1. Tag 8:30 in den Frühstücksraum kamen, musste man das Geschirr anderer Gäste beiseite schieben, um sich zu setzen. Es war kein Servicepersonal zu sehen. Auch das Buffett/ Geschirr wurde nicht nachgefüllt oder z.T. nur auf Aufforderung der Gäste direkt in der Küche.
An 2 von unseren gebuchten 4 Tagen war eine einzelne Dame redlich um Service bemüht (Vielen Dank!) - kam jedoch nicht nach.
Am 3. Aufenthaltstag war das Hotelleitungswasser dann braun verfärbt - angeblich wegen des Wechselns einer Pumpe - bis zu unserer Abreise war dies jedoch noch nicht behoben. Dies war unangenehm beim Duschen/ im Spa-Bereich.
Auf Anfrage wurden uns Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung gestellt und uns versichert, dass die Küche auch mit dem Wasser dieser Flaschen kocht ?!

Do tohoto hotelu se vracíme znovu a znovu a vždy odjíždíme naprosto spokojení. Je tu velmi příjemná atmosféra, člověk si tu opravdu odpočine a užije si krásný pobyt. Prostředí je romantické a celé místo má své jedinečné kouzlo.
Velkým plusem je také vynikající snídaně a velmi dobré večeře – jídlo je vždy čerstvé, chutné a krásně připravené. Personál je milý a pobyt je díky tomu ještě příjemnější.
Toto místo jsme si opravdu zamilovali a vždy se sem rádi vracíme. Můžeme ho jen a jen doporučit každému, kdo hledá klid, romantiku a skvělý servis.

Wahrscheinlich weil kein Hauptsaison wurde Kaminoffen nicht angeheizt in der Lobby.Sehr Schade
Es war auch Sperlich Personal da.
Man sollte echt auf die Suche gehen um etwas Butter zu bekommen beim Frühstücken.
Sonst im großen und Ganzen hatten wir schöne kurze Auszeit .

Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage! Das Frühstück mit einem schönen Ausblick aus dem Fenster war ein Genuss!
