Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr idyllisch. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Gutes Frühstück und ein Abendbuffet kann für 23€ dazu gebucht werden. Bis 18 Uhr a la Carte. Nettes Personal, sprechen Deutsch und Englisch.

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Golfplatz gebucht. Der 9 Loch Platz wurde aufgelöst? Konnten auf keinen Golfplatz gucken. Der Balkon war riesig und bestimmt mal schön. Die Holzbretter leider viele morsch und die Schrauben gucken hervor. Verletzungsgefahr. Die Balkontür war kaputt und wir sollten sie trotz 30 Grad ( keine Klimaanlage) geschlossen lassen. Da wir über Pfingsten da waren konnte sie natürlich nicht repariert werden ( das
hätten sie aber schon längst merken müssen)

Okay, aber zu teuer
Pros:

Lage mitten im Wald sehr besonders und vor allem ruhig. Der Wellnessbereich ist eher klein und gut besucht, da hatten wir etwas insgesamg etwas mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend, der Zimmerservice war stets bemüht.

Cons:

Preis - Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Das Frühstück und vor allem das Buffet zum Abendessen hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, unser Wunsch nach einem A la Carte Abendessen konnte nicht erfüllt werden. Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück hat wirklich alles gegeben und war stets freundlich, ihre Überforderung tat einem aber einfach leid. Insgesamt ein okayer Aufenthalt, aber nicht für den Preis.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Spa-Zone ebenfalls sehr schön. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schade nur, dass der Pool nicht in Betrieb war. Ansonsten hat uns wirklich alles gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pros:

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und umfangreich. Schwimmbad war sauber und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Kurze Wege im Hotel und zum Golfplatz.

Cons:

Die Bestuhlung im Speisebereich und Barbereich sind durchgessen, beschädigt und schmutzig hier ist ein dringender Handlungsbedarf. Bei den Teppichen im Flur ist es ähnlich. Kleine Reparaturen könnten viel verbessern (Abfluss im Waschbecken defekt, defekter Korbstuhl im Spa...).
Am Empfang interessiert sich leider niemand dafür.
Beim Abendessen/Halbpension sieht es leider auch nicht besser aus, Auswahl sehr übersichtlich und die Qualität ist leider im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren sehr schlecht.

Pros:

Ubytování v apartmánu bylo krásné. Vše čisté a příjemné.

Cons:

Nefungovala vůbec wifi. Nahlásili jsme na recepci, ale nic se nezměnilo. Jen že o tom ví a pracují na nápravě.

Rather surprised that we had to pay for parking as they had big carpark and presumably you would only use it if you we’re staying in the hotel or playing golf

Původně jsme přijeli jen na jeden den, protože jsme slavili svatbu, ale po pár hodinách jsme si uvědomili, že nechceme odjíždět – takže jsme si pobyt okamžitě prodloužili ✨

Všechno je zde perfektní: atmosféra, pohodlí, přístup k hostům a úroveň služeb. Je velmi vzácné najít místo, kde se skutečně cítíte tak klidně, útulně a výjimečně.

Zvláštní poděkování za neuvěřitelně lahodné snídaně a prostě nádhernou večeři 😍 Všechno bylo neuvěřitelně chutné, krásné a s důrazem na každý detail.

Personál je pro nás zvláštní láska. Velmi příjemní, zdvořilí a pozorní lidé, kteří naši dovolenou ještě více zpříjemnili.

Děkujeme za naši nezapomenutelnou oslavu a tak vřelé emoce. Určitě se vrátíme 🤍

Праздновали здесь нашу свадьбу и остались просто в полном восторге ❤️
Изначально приехали всего на один день, но нам настолько всё понравилось, что мы решили продлить наше пребывание. И это было лучшим решением ✨

Отель невероятно уютный, красивый и атмосферный. С первой минуты чувствуется забота о гостях и высокий уровень сервиса. Персонал очень внимательный, доброжелательный и действительно делает всё, чтобы отдых был идеальным.

Завтраки — просто потрясающие 😍 Очень вкусные, свежие и с большим выбором. А ужин был вообще нереальный — всё на уровне дорогого ресторана: вкус, подача, атмосфера.

Спасибо за эти эмоции, за тёплый приём и за то, что сделали наш особенный день ещё красивее. Это место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Однозначно рекомендуем от всей души! 💫
