OK muss aber nicht nochmal sein

Der Pool war sehr kalt…
In unserem Zimmer hat eine Glühbirne nicht funktioniert und anfangs war auch keine Minibar drinnen obwohl es in der Zimmerausstattung drinnen stand erst nach dem Nachfragen haben wir einen bekommen. Frühstück war immer das selbe aber das ist nicht allzu schlimm.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Location is great.

Cons:

25€ per person for Buffet is way too much for what you actually get. I would definitely not recommend having dinner there.
No ones really takes care of the Spa facilities. One sauna was closed and half of the showers do not work. Although the Spa is open until 9pm, already at 6pm the lights in the sauna were turned off. The facilities in general are old and used up.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter .
Die Lage ist für Naturliebhaber sehr schön.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr fleckiger Teppich, Gardinen gingen nicht mehr richtig, der Schrank war aufgeplatzt und der Geruch im Zimmer war nicht schön

Pros:

Die Lage war ja wunderschön, wenn man denn auch noch Golf spielt, wäre es noch besser. Ausreichende Parkplätze waren auch vorhaben und der Wellnessbereich war auch super. Frühstück und Abendessen war auch gut bis sehr gut!

Cons:

Das man für den Parkplatz nochmals bezahlen muss. Wie soll man auch sonst dahin kommen als Tourist? Außerhalb des Geländes kann man gar nicht parken.
Die Getränke wie Orangensaft, Wasser und Tee - hätten ruhig beim Abendessen inkl. sein können. Der Automat steht ja da.

El entorno es maravilloso, la habitación limpia y espaciosa, el bufeet del desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

La distancia anunciada en la página no corresponde con la distancia real al centro de la ciudad superando al doble de lo anunciado, algo a tener en cuenta si no vas en tu propio vehículo. El agua de la piscina del spa estaba fría, encontré a falta algunos chorros de agua para cervicales y espalda. La almohada muy floja a mi parecer.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zum Golfen absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Parkgebühr wurde nicht bei Buchung angegeben.

Superschöner Golfplatz, weil abwechslungsreich und insgesamt eine schöne Hotel Anlage
Pros:

Der Golfplatz direkt neben dran. Schöne Sauna Landschaft. Tolles Frühstück, wenn man früh genug dran war.
Schöne Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick in den Park

Cons:

Das Wasser des Pools war zu kalt.
Was überhaupt nicht ging - nach dem Abendessen wurden die Tische nicht abgeräumt! So ein schlechter Service ist dem Hotel nicht würdig.
Hat uns abgeschreckt und wir gingen woanders zum Abendessen

Nejvíce se nám líbila spa a bazén. Paní recepční byla velmi milá.

Cons:

Velmi špatný internet. Přístup personálu na golfové recepci byl arogantní a neprofesionální. Na večeři by mohly být jídla nadepsána, a ne z polotovarů.

Расположение прекрасное,вид наикрасивейший .Персонал отзывчивый, завтрак и ужин были разнообразными!Атмосфера была спокойна и завораживающей!Кто ищет спокойный,с релаксом в бассейне и СПА отдых,то это самое прекрасное место!Мы отдохнули прекрасно!Спасибо персоналу за доброту и отзывчивость!

Insgesamt hat es an nichts gefehlt! Schöner Golf-Kurzurlaub!
Pros:

sehr gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, sehr ruhige Lage, etwas abgelegen von Karlsbad (10 min), landschaftlich schön! Abendessen vom Buffet mit 4 Hauptgerichten war abwechslungsreich. Stets mit Obst und Kuchen.

Cons:

TV mit gelegentlichen Störungen, Golfplatz eigentlich mit tollem Design und abwechslungsreichen Bahnen, war aber in keinem guten Pflegezustand, was bei einem "Golfresort" nicht sein darf! Wellnesseinrichtungen gut, aber eine Sauna (von vier) war außer Betrieb
