Uit mijn bed getrilt door de kerkdienst...
Pros:

Kamer was goed, bed en badkamer en verduisterende gordijnen. Ook locatie top dichtbij Ziggo Dome.

Cons:

Wat me tegenviel was om 10:00 u mijn bed uitgetrild te worden door wat leek een afterparty en ruzie in een kamer. Een vrouw was de hele tijd schreeuwen en luide muziek, na 20 minuten bel ik de receptie en zouden ze iemand sturen. Het werd hierna alleen maar harder en dus belde ik opnieuw waar ik weer hetzelfde antwoord kreeg. Uiteindelijk werd ik weer teruggebeld en zou het om de kerkdienst gaan op de begane vloer.. wij zaten op de 3e verdieping! Ze werden alleen maar luidruchtiger, de muziek trilde door de muren waar zogenaamd geluidsisolatie zit dus moet je nagaan hoe hard de muziek stond en ook nog zingen erbij. Ik gaf aan dat ik het echt asociaal vind en je dit je hotelgasten niet aan kunt doen. Het zou nog tot 12:00 duren en we kregen late checkout gratis, maar ondertussen lagen wij wel 2 uur wakker hiervan en desondanks was geluidsoverlast TIJDENS de geboekte uren 10:00-12:00 en heeft later uitchecken niets te maken met verstoorde nachtrust. Zelf waren we ook erg laat thuis na feest bij de Ziggo Dome dus zonder late checkout hadden we bijna niet geslapen. Bij het uitchecken vroeg ik bij wie ik klacht kon indienen en dit zou bij booking.com moeten omdat hier geboekt is. We verwachten zeker wel compensatie hiervoor want dit kan natuurlijk echt niet. We hebben hier eerder verbleven en ook niet op een hoog niveau en toen merkte je niets van deze kerkdienst. Ronduit schandalig bij een hotel met deze prijzen een kerkdienst waarbij een geluiddichte kamer trilt en alles te horen is 3 verdiepingen hoog.

Great hotel
Pros:

We booked hotel because we had a concert in Afas Live. Perfect location. 10 minutes walk.
Also metro station only 10 minutes walk, with trains straight into city if you are staying longer.
Parking next door to hotel, very convenient.
All staff at hotel very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Notre séjour à Amsterdam s’est bien passé dans cet hôtel. Très bien situé, près du métro donc parfait pour aller au centre-ville. Le personnel de l’hôtel étaient très gentils. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous avions eu un problème avec la fenêtre, nous avons passé la première nuit dans le froid. Mais le personnel a été super et nous ont changé la chambre le lendemain.

Die Lage war, für unser Hauptgrund nach Amsterdam zu reisen, perfekt gelegen.
Das Hotel und seine Mitarbeitenden waren wirklich sehr gut.
Empfehle ich weiter.

Nice hotel good location for work
Pros:

Ruime kamer met lekker bed! Ook werk plek en ruime badkamer.
Ontbijt had veel opties en was goed.

Cons:

De douche was niet continue de zelfde temperatuur.
De hotel bar schonk kleine glazen
