Prima hotel voor kort verblijf na een concert
Pros:

De locatie is top. Vlakbij de ArenA, Ziggo Dome en station. Dus heel geschikt wanneer je na een concert een nacht wilt overnachten.
Ontbijt was erg goed en zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

Bijna al het personeel spreekt Engels. Voor ons geen probleem, maar voor anderen misschien wel.
Er zaten in onze Premium kamer hele vieze vlekken op de muur. Melding van gemaakt, maar ik denk niet dat ze er iets aan gaan doen. Ook veel beschadigingen en krassen op de muren. Niet erg, maar niet wat je verwacht voor deze prijzen.

Pros:

Prima ontbijtbuffet. Locatie top! Directe omgeving van trein, metro en bus. Pal naast Arena. Na concert 5 minuten lopen naar hotelkamer. Fijn!

Bewegwijzering in garage.

Convenient to arrive by car with parking nearby and close to the Arena. Nice and clean property.

Aangenaam verblijf, propere hygiënische kamer en badkamer waar alles aanwezig is, van zeep in de badkamer, koffiehoekje
Pros:

Fantastische ligging om van hieruit de Johan Cruijff Arena te bezoeken. 10minuten stappen tot aan de Arena, 5 minuten tot het station.
Vele supermarkten en winkels op wandelafstand.
Gratis wifi in het hele hotel.

Cons:

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk maar uitgezonderd een man aan het onthaal, spreekt niemand de Nederlandse taal!
Ontbijt is zeker in orde, maar bij langer verblijf is het dagelijks hetzelfde buffet.

De klantvriendelijkheid en de service! Zowel in hotel als restaurant

Cons:

De lift is echt vreselijk. Deze gaat veel te hard en stopt abrupt. Mijn vriendin en ik waren beide minutenlang duizelig nadat we gebruik hadden gemaakt van de lift.

Geeft indruk afgeleefd te zijn, maar ideaal bij Arena gelegen.

Locatie, dicht bij Arena
Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Eerste nacht verschrikkelijk bed: slechtste bed ooit in hotel. En dat in een superior kamer.
Eten: ontbijt is niet echt super.
Je vindt er veel terug, maar om 9u15 waren alle broodjes al op bv.
En ik vind het eten niet echt lekker, ben beter gewoon in deze prijsklasse.
Kamer: toilet onder wasbak is niet makkelijk en gevaarlijk om er iets in te laten vallen.
Verder voelen dingen oud aan: tapijten, handvaten in lift hangen los, …
