Great hotel which is convenient for the Ziggo Dome.
Pros:

The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful, both on checking in and checking out. The room was a good size and had a TV, a small fridge and a safe which was great for locking away valuables. The room was cleaned every day and towels/toileteries were replenished. It was close to the Ziggo Dome (about a 7-10 minute walk) which was convenient for the concert that we went to. On the whole it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like.

was allemaal prima

Cons:

het restaurant was slecht; ontbijt niet geboekt, maar veel te duur voor wat er werd geleverd. diner dag later was niet te eten. ook een klacht over ingediend. Geen terugkoppeling gekregen over deze klacht, behoudens dat we het diner niet hebben hoeven te betalen.

Degelijk verblijf met aandachtspunten
Pros:

De locatie is en blijft top. De kamers zijn netjes en opgeruimd. Housekeeping is prima. In en uitchecken ging duidelijk en vlot. De spin-to-win actie bij de balie is leuk.

Cons:

De airco deed nauwelijks wat, met een te warme nacht als gevolg. En dat al in april.
Tapijt op de vloer is niet hygiënisch en niet meer van deze tijd. De watertemperatuur bij het douchen fluctueert teveel.
