This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we travel frequently and stay in many hotels.

The room was very cold, despite having a wall thermostat that was useless due to centrally controlled heating. We were traveling with babies, which made the situation unacceptable. A portable heater was provided, but it did not help at all. We had to sleep with the babies in our bed just to keep them warm.

Cleanliness was well below expectations: dirty carpets, stained walls, and a generally neglected room. This hotel does not meet 4-star standards in any way.

The price is extremely high for what is offered: 150 EUR per night without breakfast. Breakfast cost an additional 26 EUR per person and was very basic and disappointing. To make matters worse, on one morning we found a small piece of glass in the omelette. We have a photo of this incident, which is very concerning and completely unacceptable.

The baby cot provided was in poor condition, unstable and clearly worn out. The hotel also blocks 25 EUR per night as a guarantee, which feels excessive given the quality.

Staff were polite, but that alone cannot compensate for the overall poor experience.

Overall, this hotel is at most a 2-star property and absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend it, especially to families with children.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I say this as someone who has traveled extensively around the world and stayed in many hotels.

First of all, the room was extremely cold. We were traveling with babies, which made the situation even more stressful. Although the room had a wall thermostat, it was completely useless because the heating system was centrally controlled. No matter what temperature we set, it never went above 22°C and cold air was constantly coming through.
The hotel provided a portable heater, but it was totally ineffective and did not warm the room at all. As a result, we had no choice but to take the babies into our bed and cover them with extra blankets just so they could sleep.

Secondly, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The carpet was very dirty, the walls were stained, and the room looked neglected overall. This was absolutely shocking for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars — honestly, it felt like a very poor standard.

The price is completely unjustified for what is offered. We paid 150 EUR per night without breakfast, which is already excessive. Breakfast cost an additional 26 EUR per person and was extremely basic and disappointing. There were no fried or poached eggs, only omelette and boiled eggs, and nothing memorable or worth the price.

We also tried the Italian restaurant “51” inside the hotel, and the food was very average and uninspiring. Nothing special at all — just bland and forgettable.

The hotel also has a very strange policy, blocking 25 EUR per night as a guarantee, which only adds to the unpleasant experience.

To make things worse, the baby cot we were provided with was in terrible condition — crooked, unstable, and clearly worn out. Completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with infants.
