Prima hotel voor een nachtje maar veel te duur voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt
Pros:

Mooie locatie voor een activiteit in de Arena. Parkeren kan direct achter het hotel in de parkeergarage. Vanaf het station bijna naast het hotel kun je eenvoudig en snel met metro naar bijvoorbeeld het centrum reizen.

Cons:

De kamer was veel kleiner dan de foto's (en prijs) doen lijken en niet smetteloos schoon. Het ontbijt was niet goed georganiseerd waardoor we lang moesten wachten voor er bijgevuld werd. Er stonden rijen dik voor het koffieapparaat wat vervolgens storing kreeg en een tweede apparaat wat niet was bijgevuld. Vuile tafels werden niet afgeruimd en schoongemaakt.

Uitstekend hotel, heerlijk ontbijt, dichtbij OV
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers, rustig hotel, dichtbij openbaar vervoer (5 min lopen). Uitgebreid en smakelijk ontbijt, genoeg handdoeken, vriendelijk personeel (sommigen spreken alleen engels).

Cons:

Ontbijt tot 10:00. We zijn niet zo'n vroege vogels. Kan iets later (10:30/11:00 bijv.).

Amazing staff! Extremely clean. Perfect location for train into Central Amsterdam and walking distance to Ziggo dome.

Goed om te slapen bij het station, meer niet.
Pros:

De locatie bij het station

Cons:

Niets bijzonders. Basis, niets extra’s. Iets kleins dat verrast ontbreekt. Sporen van gebruik.
Ontbijt hadden we veel meer van verwacht. Keuze was beperkt, zoals yoghurt, fruit, brood en beleg.
We waren in een Nederlands hotel, maar we hebben geen Nederlands gehoord.

Convenient, below expectations
Pros:

Location, very near to the train and metro station to access the city centre and airport

Cons:

Need to replace new towels, very old and rough. Also hair dryer needs replacing. Except this comfortable bed and clean room.

Personeel bij incheck niet vriendelijk . Wilde graag daar een tafel reserveren kon niet zeiden ze waren vol . Toen ik in de middag online keek kon ik gewoon een tafel reserveren. En er bleek genoeg vrij . Niet echt klant vriendelijk
