Musím dát 9, protože přeci jen jedna věc byla peklo.

Cons:

Internet je opravdu šílený. Spoustu stránek se mi random blokovalo. Tím, že na cestách potřebuji i pracovat, tak tohle bylo fakt otravné.

wenn man eine Auszeit sucht is man hier richtig
Pros:

-es war sauber (außer auf der Terrasse)
-man konnte mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen
-Restaurant war gut!
-Bad war modern
-in der Nacht war es ruhig, jedoch ist man schon etwas außerhalb von Palomino (ca 15 min über den Strand zum „Ortsstrand“)

Cons:

-In der ersten Nacht ist uns ein Gecko aufs Bett gefallen
-die Matratze könnte komfortabler sein
-das Fenster bzw. eigentlich Netz hat nicht wirklich viel gebracht
-sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet
-Wlan war im Zimmer sehr schlecht
-Liegen am Pool sehr knapp und viele schon kaputt (evt.wegen Sturm)

Sehr nettes Personal, ansonsten eine Enttäuschung
Pros:

Wir hatten 2 „Deluxe Bungalows“ mit großen Zimmern (3 bequeme Betten im Zimmer), ansonsten sehr karge und lieblose Einrichtung. Beschriebener Safe fehlte leider. Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Dafür gab es ausreichend Handtücher und Pooltücher!
Sehr ruhige Anlage, man wird morgens nur von den Vögeln geweckt.
Das Restaurant ist gut, man kann aus verschiedenen Frühstücksvarianten wählen. Auch das Abendessen ist sehr lecker!
Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich, an der Rezeption, und im Restaurant. Hier geht ein besonderer Dank an Cocina!.
Sehr schöner Pool, leider mit ziemlich ramponierten und vergammelten Liegen und Stühlen.
Wlan funktioniert auch am Pool.
Die Säfte und Cocktails sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Anlage nicht sonderlich sauber und mit größtenteils defekten, ramponierten und vergammelten Sitz-/Liegemöbeln (siehe Bilder)
Im Meer kann man nicht baden. Nach dem Starkregen Anfang Februar war das Meer sehr wild, viel Treibholz und der fast nicht mehr vorhandene Strand wird durch den starken Wellengang täglich weiter abgetragen. Direkt in Palomino gibt es schon gar keinen Strand mehr (siehe Bilder).
Vergammelte und unzureichende Erste-Hilfe-Box am Pool und direkt nach der Pool-Ummauerung sammelt sich der Müll (siehe Bilder).
Nach Palomino kommt man mit dem TucTuc für unverschämt teure 20.000 Cop (5,-€) pro Fahrt (Festgelegt durch eine Kooperative und nicht verhandelbar).
Bei dem Preis für „Deluxe“-Bungalows (130,-€/Nacht) erwartet man eine gepflegtere und eine mit mehr Liebe zum Detail betriebe Anlage (und auch warmes Wasser).

Su principal atractivo es la playa ubicada justo frente al hotel: tranquila, poco concurrida y perfecta para disfrutarla al máximo. Además, el hotel cuenta con sillas y un bar frente al mar, ideales para relajarse y aprovechar el entorno.

La verdad no volveríamos aunque sus instalaciones son lindas

Cons:

Que se dieron cuenta que tuvimos un percance mi equipo de trabajo y yo; debimos salir antes por razones ajenas a nosotros; y aunque rogamos para que por favor solo nos exigieran una multa, no aceptaron y debimos pagar otra noche de hotel de 7 personas habiendo salido un día antes. Me parece que la flexibilidad a veces es necesaria para que los huéspedes piensen en volver.

Stosunek ceny do jakości mocno zawyżony

basen, wygodne łóżko i dobrze działająca klimatyzacja

Cons:

BRAK CIEPŁEJ WODY, wielkość porcji śniadań różniła się w zależności od tego jaki kucharz miał zmianę, jednego dnia dostaliśmy 3 pancakes a drugiego 1,5. Personel w ogóle nie mówił po angielsku. Do posiłków i napoi z góry doliczany jest napiwek. Leżaki nad basenem zniszczone, a plaży brak ze względu na podmycia morza.
