Great location, but quite expensive for what it offers
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Bären am Bundesplatz. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Bern and only a few minutes' walk from the main train station, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.
My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary aperitif offered in the afternoon. It was a lovely extra after a day of sightseeing.

Cons:

The main downside for me was the price. I found the hotel quite expensive for what it offers, and the breakfast was also rather pricey, so I decided to have breakfast elsewhere.

Hotel an toller Lage mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels, die kostenlosen Glaces zur Selbstbedienung sowie der Willkommens-Apéro. Diese kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert.

Cons:

In der Hotelbeschreibung wird ein Parkplatz erwähnt. Tatsächlich verfügt das Hotel jedoch über keine eigenen Parkplätze. Stattdessen wurden wir an das Parkhaus des Casinos verwiesen, was aus unserer Sicht in der Hotelinformation transparenter kommuniziert werden sollte.

Ebenfalls enttäuschend war die Beratung an der Rezeption bezüglich des Frühstücks. Die Mitarbeiterin empfahl uns ausdrücklich, das Frühstück im Hotel dazuzubuchen, da die umliegenden Restaurants wegen des Nationalfeiertags angeblich geschlossen seien. Da ich laktoseintolerant bin, fragte ich zudem nach laktosefreien Produkten wie Margarine. Nach längerem Nachfragen wurde mir versichert, dass entsprechende Alternativen vorhanden seien.

Beim Frühstück stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass lediglich normale Butter angeboten wurde und keine laktosefreie Butter- Margarine oder vergleichbare Alternativen. Zu unserem Erstaunen hatten zudem die Restaurants rund um das Hotel geöffnet, sodass die Aussage an der Rezeption nicht der Realität entsprach.

Schade – mit einer ehrlichen und transparenten Kommunikation sowie einer besseren Berücksichtigung von Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten hätte unser Aufenthalt einen deutlich positiveren Eindruck hinterlassen.

太棒了，隔一條街就是最熱鬧的商店街，旁邊走一分鐘就到聯邦宮廣場，走幾分鐘就到火車站，去哪裡都方便！
Pros:

洗衣機跟烘衣機都免費使用，吧檯的咖啡小點心都免費24小時！

Cons:

房間空間稍微小了一點，兩人行李比較不好放

Free Breakfast and Ice Cream Bars!
Pros:

Centrally located across from the main federal building, this charming hotel was a great place for our quick stay in Bern. Breakfast was really good (free if you book direct with them) was substantial and delicious - the breads were to die for. The staff was super helpful and pleasant. Plus, free ice cream bars whenever you want!

Pros:

A localização era muito boa, perto de tudo, estação de trem, tram, supermercados e dos pontos turísticos.

Cons:

Quando fiz a reserva nao havia opção de café da manha incluido, e tivemos que pagar quando chegamos no hotel, achamos o preço um pouco caro visto valor de diária que pagamos. Quanto a qualidade o café da manha era bom mas com opções básicas.

Tolle Lage.

Cons:

Schon sehr teuer für so ein „älteres“ Zimmer. Aber ist halt Bern und die Lage die man zahlt.
